To facilitate better service delivery, this Office directs all concerned to regularly file claims for travel reimbursements not later than the 20" of the month following the month of travel 2. Asan example, reimbursements for January 2020 shall be summarized in one travel itinerary and submitted together with pertinent documents on or before February 20, 2020. 3. Further, acknowledging learnings and practical applications from official attendance to seminars/ conferences/ meetings, participants are enjoined to submit to this Office a written report together with three (3) action pictures using the attached format upon claim for travel reimbursements. 4.
