OFFSETTING OF DUTY

I write to request that my holiday duties last 5 June 2019 and 12 June 2019, be offset by
my absences for 27 June 2019 and 1 July 2019 to take care of the hospitalization for
my mother. I had to report last 5 June 2019 for our required Officer of the Day and last 12
June 2019 to process some things needed for our receipts transferring at Fairway Terraces.
