Solution
 

MPC Studios found that Onehub was a better solution then an FTP server for many reasons.
Their first reason is simple, it was extremely easy to setup. The second reason was how easy
to use they found the interface to be in comparison with other FTP servers. In addition to the
ease of setup and likeable interface MPC found that with Onehub they cut out time spent
having to train their clients on how to use the service.  

“It is not unusual for us to have to train our clients to use FTP whereas with Onehub it was all
very intuitive,” said David McDonald, General Manager of MPC Studios.  

Today MPC Studios uses Onehub in many different ways. Internally, they use the service to
transfer large documents between offices. They also use it to transfer large files with their
contractors that are abroad. Externally, Onehub works as an FTP tool for distributing files for
several of MPCʼs clients. In addition they also set up small intranets for clients to access and
use. David McDonald, general manager of MPC Studios, says that their clients say very little
about using the Onehub service, but in their case this is the best feedback they could receive.  

“Generally our clients have very little to say about the service. It just works. Previously, with
FTP or email, there were occasional problems and that always comes with complaints. The
silence speaks volumes to the reliability of the service,” said David McDonald.
