Introduction
Increased opportunities afforded to all South Africans have resulted in dramatic increases
in business opportunities in South Africa. However, existing unemployment levels are
still a major concern in this country, due to very little corrective action envisaged for the
short term.

With this in mind and the fact that cleaning is not a new concept to majority of previously
disadvantaged individuals in South Africa, Stella Mokwena a female member of the
previously disadvantaged community founded Staza Cleaning Services CC in 2001.
