SHS-ILS Expo Post-mortem Questionnaire

I. General
1. What things did you think went well on your project/the Expo?
- It was a blood-sweat effort of our team to finish the tower on time. The things that go
well on our undertaking are: the point at which we effectively joined the parts to
fabricate the tower, when we can complete it in time, when our materials are
sufficient to complete the last bit of the tower. We are truly proud of is that we have
actually built a 21 ft. replica of Eiffel tower of Paris.

2. What was the single most frustrating part of your project/the Expo?
- When we have struggled in building the tower because of the resistance of a few
schoolmates.

3. How would you do things differently next time to avoid this frustration?
- I would like to manage my expectation to others to communicate more frequently and
to spend time to supportive people and effectively share each other’s thoughts.

4. Were there any other issues or changes that should be considered? Pease offer
suggestions for methods of improvement.
- When we struggled in building the tower because of the lack of misunderstanding
and cooperation of some classmates. I would like to more to my schoolmates to
adequately share each other's contemplations.
II. Management
1. Were the goals of the Expo/project clear to you?
- Yes it is stated clear to me because the things that I did in the Expo/project are also in
a real world situation that all of us will encounter.

2. How complete did you think the planning was before the actual commencement of
the Expo/project? What could have been improved?
- I think before the actual commencement the planning is 95% complete, that’s
why during the process of building the tower, we made a few adjustments in
the length of the materials.

3. What was Expo/project schedule realistic?

- Yes, because we followed the schedule of the time and date greatly upon both
adequate planning and efficient execution to make it realistic.

4. Was the schedule detailed enough?

- Yes, because it shows the time and date of our working hours for the project. I have
noticed the program for film-showing should have started at 2 p.m. but it was not
followed.

expo.

2. Was there sufficient time for working on the Expo/project in addition to your day-
to-day job/studies? How could this be improved?
- Yes, for me there is enough working time to finish our project I addition to our day to
day studies. It was just that the struggle in other aspect affected the time.

IV. Testing
1. Was the testing period sufficient in identifying potential Expo/project problems?

of time given to us before the expo. We have encountered money problems and that
was not clearly studied and sought out.
