To Whom it May Concern,

I want to thank Governor Wolf for his leadership through this unprecedented time. I am rebuilding a home for a family
that lost their home due to a house fire in September 2019 and on their behalf is the reason I request an exception for
this project only. If I commit to not allowing more than 2 persons to work inside this home at any one time then would
you please allow this family's home to remain under construction. I appreciate your time and attention concerning this
matter. Please let me know if you need any other information at this time.
