Hindrances at Site

HINDRANCES IN THE WORK DUE TO WHICH WORK DELAYED (i) DJB WATER SUPPLY LINE is
located under the pile caps (P5) of the obligatory span on Road No. 51 side. DJB services 1100
mm pipe lines are also falling in the thrust bed for 11 m width box pushing and passing under
Azadpur crossing interfering with the underpass Diaphragm walls. The work of shifting of Delhi
Jal Board lines has been started and will be completed by 20.01.2009. Shifting of NDPL cables
is coming in Underpass at Shastri Market. 3. Land Acquisition: The MCD shops coming in layout
towards Mall Road side. For acquiring the same letter written to the MCD officials. SDM, Model
Town has been requested to identify the properties / land coming in the project in towards
Road No. 51. These hindrances were overlapping and net delayed 13 months in execution of
the project. Programme of project has been rescheduled and complete it by stipulated date of
31.12.2009.
