I PHASE I

TANDOORI

 Needs to add wood panel on the corner window column CGN As per
in reference to HBA’s 3D design concept. Since it’s on Comment
the corner area, no need to demolish the existing ACP. 14 March 2019
Installing a timber cladding panel will suffice.

- Still Outstanding (27 March 2019)

 Change downlights matching the ones earlier supplied ENG To check light
by Lelco, current pin lights are dim and does not give output at site
enough lighting.

 The back framing does not align with the graphic. CGN Done

 See if an adjustment is required to swap with other CGN Done

graphic to match the back frame if possible

 The light source not strong enough. HBA suggested LED CGN As per
type 10 watts or stronger, and should have cover so the Comment
LED bulbs would not be seen. 14 March 2019

- HBA suggest to change the LED strip with the type CGN
included with the diffuser.

to fill the gap with Wooden box fit to the space.

 Curved Metal Shelf feature to be rebuilt as discussed CGN Outstanding

with contractor, metal bars to be reduced in thickness to
align with the other metal shelf structures.

 Some of the shelf dividers aren’t installed yet. Also the

FOYER CAFE

 Drop Ceiling edging need to add wood in metal finish and

 Conceal door closer on Sweets kitchen door entrance

wall as it’s not possible to demolish because of structural
considerations.

end joint and gap finishes.

  Since the reduction will made, HBA suggest to lower CGN 27 March 2019
down the sweet kitchen table on 1100 m

PDR

 Should complete PDR glass installing and touch up
