Training Classes in the Eagle Ford Shale, Haynesville Shale, Barnett Shale and

Marcellus Shale Plays

There is a need for trained right of way agents and title agents to assist with acquiring right of way
for pipelines to carry crude oil from individual well sites to existing pipeline infrastructure.

Fort Worth, TX, December 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- ARWA -American Right of Way Associates
announced today that they will offer an In The Field Training Class on January 29th, 2011 in the Eagle
Ford Shale. This is Advanced Right of Way Training in the field that will be offered to experienced
agents as well as graduates of the Right of Way Agent Training class which will be held on Saturday,
January 15th, 2011 at the Petroleum Club in San Antonio, Texas. The class is titled Advanced Right of
Way Agent Training Program. It was developed to teach the advance skills necessary for experienced
right of way agents and title agents to serve the various oil and gas companies working in the Eagle Ford
Shale play, Haynesville Shale play, Marcellus Shale play and the Barnett Shale play.

There is a need for trained right of way agents and title agents to assist with acquiring right of way for
pipelines to carry natural gas and crude oil from individual well sites to existing pipeline infrastructure. It
is anticipated the development of the Eagle Ford Shale will continue for the next two decades. With the
increase need for alternative energy, right of way would be the next opportunity for a career in the oil &
gas Shale Plays. According to local professionals, right of way and title agents working in the Energy
industry typically earn between $45,000 and $90,000 annually depending upon experience and personal
initiative.

A one day Advanced In The Field training class is being offered at their San Antonio Texas office located
at 900 N.E. Loop 410, Suite D312 in The Petroleum Center building which is near the intersection of
Interstate 410 and Broadway Street in North San Antonio. This In The Field training class is an exciting
new course designed to train local individuals in the skills necessary to meet the demands for right of way
agents and title agents created by the Eagle Ford Shale Oil & Gas play.

The class will be taught by Don Valden, oil & gas expert and Right of Way manager John Stephens on
Saturday, January 29th, 2011 from 8:30am to 5:30pm in San Antonio and will provide training in the
areas of Title Examination, Title Run Sheets, Plat & Deed Records, Engineering, Real Estate Evaluation,
Right of Way Easement, Right of Way Acquisitions, Route Selection, Pipeline Construction and
Negotiations.

Students who successfully complete the Training Program will receive a Certificate of Completion and
will also be eligible to submit Resumes to ARWA which in turn will submit to TRWA's clients in the oil
