Type of Incident: shouting, abusing and fighting inside the workplace.

Participants: Mr. Abinash Nair and Mr. Milon Bhowmik

Time and Location: 10.30 AM ; Cabin No: 501(Operations Department)
Description of Incident: On 23rd October, 2019, about 10.30 A.M I was at my cabin,
suddenly I heard some chaos from cabin no: 501, found that Mr. Abinash Nair and Mr.
Milon Bhowmik were shouting and abusing each other then quickly I reached there and
found both are abusing each other, I asked them to calm down but both of them just ignored
me and Mr. Nair suddenly caught hold of collar of Mr. Bhowmik and gave a blow to his
face in response Mr. Bhowmik also kicked Mr. Nair. I tried to separate them as they were
deliberately fighting but I failed to separate them. After that I had to call the Security t o
separate both of them. Then the security took both of them in different places so that them
could not fight again.

Copies of the incident report shall be provided to the management team as well as the personnel
files of the involved employees. Please do not hesitate to come to me with questions or
clarifications regarding the report and impending investigation.
