EarSaver Headband Pattern (Not to scale)

1. Cut (2) matching the above pattern (Not to scale)

2. Face both right sides together and pin.

3. Sew ¼ seam following both long sides.

4. Carefully turn right side.
I have found what works best is a metal chopstick but takes some work until you get a feel for what works best for you.
5. Iron out seams to flatten.
6. Fold in fabric on both ends about 1 inch.
7. Choose which side you want as the outside, fold under about 1 inch.
8. Add a hair band in the fold, add two stitches on the tab created with fold.
9. Repeat on the other end to complete band.

10. Add buttons on tabs. Best to use buttons ¾ to 1.5 inch for space for mask bands to stay in place,
nothing less than ½ work to hold elastic in place.
