Submit an application no later than the following: o March 1 for fall semester (Feb 1 priority deadline) 2.75 cumulative GPA in all post-secondary institutions 55 credits Completion of all UHM General Education Core and any additional Pre-Admissions Requirements. Applicants who have completed an articulated A.A. degree from a UH Community College are considered to have met the COE Pre-Ed core with possible exceptions (see an academic advisor). Pre-Professional Skills Test (PPST/C-PPST): Minimal state passing scores in reading, writing, and mathematics subtests. 40 hours of documented current active involvement with a group of school-age children at the grade level of most interest in future teaching.
