Note: The application confirmation screen will be specific to the type of application submitted. Below is an example of an electrical application.

If you have multiple permits. the system will process your permit and give you an invoice screen with the fees and total amount due. Please print this screen and bring it with you to the Planning and Development Permits Department to pay. then check the box to submit another permit of the same type. Make sure that you have your Permit # and/or a copy of the invoice. Structural Permit Status After Clicking Finish. Note: Paying for permits online is not available. 24 . You must go to the Planning and Development Permits Department to pay. the system will process your permit and give you a status screen for any alerts and reviews. Trade Permit Invoice After Clicking Ffinish.

Scheduling inspections are simple and easy. Simply enter in the Application # or search for permit for the given date range. Select he permit from the search results to schedulethe inspection. Then. 25 . Click search. A list of inspections is shown.Scheduling Inspections Before scheduling an inspection. your permit must be paid and valid. Please select the inspection that you want to schedule.

26 .You may schedule an inspection within the next five (5) business days. You may not schedule an inspection for the current day after 6:30 am. Select the “Scheduled Date” desired. then enter the location information if optional and click schedule. A Confirmation of the scheduled inspection is shown. You may return to inspections or return to the main menu.
