Person 1 (Peer)

Feedback:
 Erin is a wealth of knowledge and a consistent high performer. She is a pleasure to work with and an asset our
company. Customers respect and enjoy working with her. She is a great teammate and a sought after resource.
Erin continues to work above and beyond on her projects. She has a passion for our products and does everything
she can to help the whole team achieve success.

Opportunities:
 Careful not to take on too much and over extend yourself! Work on delegation.

Person 2 (Peer)
Feedback:
 I cannot say enough good things about Erin! Out of everyone in the company, I have reached out to her manager
multiple times to say how wonderful she is and how she went above and beyond any expectation. She continues
to be the biggest advocate while maintaining a positive attitude. Her willingness to help is never ending. She is
great in building relationships and knowledge of hospital processes. Erin consistently works aggressively to meet
or exceed timelines, organizes meetings appropriate to meet work expectations, and communicates with her
team on status.

Opportunities:
 Erin will make a great manager one day, would like to see her develop her leadership skills

Person 3 (Supervisor)
Feedback:
 So many great things to say about Erin. She is incredibly bright, hard working (I am always amazed at how much
she takes on without missing deadlines), builds strong, trusting relationships with customers (they continue to
reach out to her even after go live or after she's left their organization), and is one of the best in the company in
putting the customer first. Her teammates LOVE working with her as evidenced by her 360 results. Erin is always
pushing us to be better as a Transformation team and as a company. Prime example - She took on all 3 Hospitals
divisions + System office to provide continuity to the customer and to prevent our company from having to hire.
Opportunities:
 Delegation - Erin tends to take on more than is expected of her. Delegation is hard. Sometimes it's easier and
faster to do it yourself. However, delegation will give you opportunities to coach and mentor, which is another
skill you mentioned wanting to strengthen.
 Coaching/Mentoring - Leverage internal opportunities to do this, perhaps CSF work and definitely Mary
Washington. This is Justin's first time dong SNAP with CA as the assigned TE plus the approach has evolved since
Grady went live with CA. Also provide Justin opportunities to enhance his ORP skills and understanding.
