Management seeks to cooperation of work force by providing welfare in terms of provisions for better working conditions. adequate lighting and ventilation etc.Introduction: The study on welfare measures is more relevant in today’s business scenario characterized by very tough competition. fumes etc. In such a situation. a study on welfare measures and their effectiveness goes a long way in determining how relevant these concepts are in the changed scenario.
