    Things to note about Theatrical Gothika lenses:
    1. The lenses are NON-WARRANTED/NON-RETURNABLE
    (unless unopened but this does NOT apply to custom/MTO parameters).
    2. The glow in the dark lenses will glow in the dark under black lights only.
    3. The “Walking Dead” tint allows for 80% vision ONLY.
    4. All lenses will be shipped out of our ALAMEDA facility via UPS Next Day to
    ensure timely delivery and tracking of your order. If shipping direct to patient a signature
    is required.
