Sir,
With reference to above subject , in compliance of Letter No. 4330 dated 29.11.19 of G.M (HR&Adm),
BSPTCL, it is to say that for regular inspection of Grid substations under BSPTCL, the field officers of the
company have to inspect the Grid sub-stations. At Division level, each Grid sub-station of the respective
division should be inspected in fifteen days. But it has been observed through Online Reporting System that
during 01.02.2020-15.02.2020 and 16.02.2020-29.02.2020 ,the target of inspecting each Grid sub-stations of the
respective division have not been reached in the month of February 2020. The GSS inspection compliance
report of month Feb 2020 in which the percentage of GSS inspection under your jurisdiction is mentioned has
been enclosed herewith.

It is requested that Grid sub-stations should be inspected at the scheduled time and reported through
Online Reporting system so that these reports can be consolidated to ensure their compliance.

With reference to above subject , in compliance of Letter No. 4330 dated 29.11.19 of G.M (HR&Adm),
BSPTCL, it is to say that for regular inspection of Grid substations under BSPTCL, the field officers of the
company have to inspect the Grid sub-stations .At zone level, at least 30% Grid sub stations of the respective
zone should be inspected in a month and each Grid substation under respective zone within three month. But it
has been observed through Online Reporting System that the target of inspecting each Grid sub-stations have
not been reached in the duration 01 Dec 2019 to 29 Feb 2020 .
It is requested that Grid sub-stations should be inspected at the scheduled time and reported through
Online Reporting system so that these reports can be consolidated to ensure their compliance.
