My Business plan is to open a Restaurant in Al Qouz area, being in the food industry we are offering variety of food, good taste and affordable price. Since Al qouz is the industrial area where most of the people are low income as well as high income segment are also available that is the reason we have decided to provide food for low price to low income segment as well as high quality food for middle class, will also provide delivery service for office people. In future I will expend and we will open more branches in different areas e.g sharjah industrial zone, jabel ali industrial zone. Business will be partnership with my friend, we both will manage finance to execute the business. The Business Pak Restaurant having a variety of tasty and affordable food for vegetarian and non vegetarian both categories in Al Quoz Area. Special food is Peshawary carai , kabab and Afghani polao. We are offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have good and fast service by receiving a call from customer we deliver food to customer at door step, we also have permanent customers who pay in advance and we deliver food on monthly basis. In our restaurant there is also enough space for customer to have food at restaurant only. We are also providing catering services for offices functions. Registration Since in UAE we need to have a UAE national as a major share holder in any business, called sponsor for the business, in our business we have a UAE National who is sponsoring our business, since sponsor must be a reliable person so we have asked one of our friend, A UAE national, to help us for restaurant registration and we registered our restaurant and got trade license for restaurant. Business premises We rented a shop in new building and made partition for hall, kitchen, staff room and wash room in Al Quoz Area, near Al Khail Mall. Our restaurant is on road side so it is easy for customer to get to the location; we have also provided enough space for customer to park their vehicles.
