Download ProOnGo Expense
 Open the iTunes App Store and Search for ProOnGo Expense  Select the app and choose Download  The app will download on your iPhone  As soon as ProOnGo Expense finishes downloading, open up the app and login.

Create a New Expense

 Open ProOnGo Expense on your iPhone  Tap New in the top-left corner of your screen, then select Regular Expense  Take a picture of your receipt, ensuring company, date and price are visible in the camera shot  If your receipt picture is crisp and clear, tap the check mark button. Otherwise, re-take the picture

Create a New Expense (cont.)
 Your receipt is now uploading to ProOnGo. Don’t let the Reading field hold you up; you may still edit this expense or create new expenses. ProOnGo will work “in the background” to fill out the merchant name, date, and amount of your expense  When results are ready for review, a yellow question-mark icon will appear next to your expense  Select the expense to confirm/deny that ProOnGo has correctly captured your receipt’s details  Congratulations! You have successfully created an expense

Create a New Mileage Expense
 Tap New in the top-left corner of your screen, then select Mileage Expense  The GPS will automatically launch to calculate your current address. To enter in your odometer readings, hit Cancel and enter in your odometer number in the ‘From’ field. When you arrive at your destination, repeat this same process.  Categorize the expense as well as the Description and hit Save in the upper right-hand corner.  Your new expense is created!

Create a New Time Expense

 Tap New in the top-left corner of your screen, then select Time Expense  Fill in the Name of time expense and Rate per Hour  Select Start and Finish times. ProOnGo will automatically multiply the total time spent by Rate per Hour.  Categorize and describe your expense then select Save and Close

Create an Expense Report
 Tap Reports in the menu bar  Wait for the report dialogue to open.  Choose to whom to send your expense report and what you’d like to receive your report.  Check your email in a few minutes for your expense report!

Sync your Credit Card

 Select Options and choose Credit Card Sync Settings.  Choose your card type and input your input your credit card number,  Input your credit card username and password.  Choose to automatically sync your credit card transactions or to manually sync.

Web Portal: Add Expenses

Login to ProOnGo’s Web Portal via https://www.proongo.com/a/login.php  Select the tab titled My Expenses  Select Add Expense and you’ll be able to add a Regular, Mileage or Time Expense. The new expense will then be updated on your BlackBerry.

Web Portal: Edit/Delete Expenses

To edit/delete and expense, choose the expense you wish to edit.

You can edit the Merchant, Amount, Date and Description fields as well as categorize your expenses in Field 1 through 4.
Once you are finished editing, select the Save button.

Web Portal: Create Report

To create and submit expense reports, select the Create Reports button and enter the email you’d like your expense report sent to.

Troubleshooting
IT KEEPS NAGGING ME TO SUBSCRIBE If your company has subscribed to ProOnGo, you should no longer see “nags” and “popups” asking you to subscribe. If you are still seeing these, your account probably has not been “hooked up” to the company’s subscription. This matter can be resolved very quickly by contacting support@proongo.com or having your IT administrator do the same. THE REPORTS AREN’T IN “OUR FORMAT” ProOnGo can export into virtually any kind of file format. If the expense reports you are receiving aren’t in the format you’d like, have your IT administrator contact support@proongo.com with the specifics of the report format your company requires. I KEEP GETTING A CONNECTION ERROR •First, check your internet connection. On your smart phone, open the Internet browser to see if you are able to browse the Internet at a normal speed. It may help to use Wi-Fi for faster connections. •Does your company block Internet connections to some sites? Your phone needs to be allowed to contact the ProOnGo server. •Upgrade to the latest version of ProOnGo Expense on your phone. •Double-check your username and password.

Troubleshooting

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD From your smart phone, open ProOnGo Expense application, tap the menu button and then Options\My Profile. Then tap the menu button again and choose 'Reset Password' or configure your username (email) and password on this screen. From a computer, go to URL www.ProOnGo.com and click the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link. OTHER PROBLEMS?
