SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, EUSTAQUIO A. SOCORIN, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of San Jose,
Inabanga, Bohol, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT ROBERT I. NUEZ, Filipino, of legal
age, married and a resident of Pamaong Extension, Cogon District, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines,
to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our names, places and stead, to do the following
specific acts:

1. To process, transact, represent in my behalf and facilitate the approval of my application

for building and fencing permit for the intended construction of a residential building in
Lot 1677-B-2-B-2, Psd-07-067892 with an area of 443 square meters situated in the
Districts of Cogon and Dao, Tagbilaran City with the City Government of Tagbilaran;
and
2. To execute and sign in my behalf all papers/documents and perform all other acts
necessary and proper to carry into effect the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my/our said Attorney-In-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I/we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my/our said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue hereof.
