Job Description
Designation: Senior Executive – Products and Solutions
Profile 1 :- Presales Consultant

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements and creating
solutions for them. He/ She will be responsible for interacting with clients; doing the
system study and preparing the specification document, understanding their business &
technology needs and advise sales team accordingly. Candidate will also be responsible
for assisting sales teams in bidding and winning projects, involve in conducting
JOB Preliminary Studies, Costing and preparing Project & Tender documents, conducting
DESCRIPTION discussions with team and make functional presentations to the clients. He/She will also
be responsible for taking part in the proposal process in the functional scoping of RFPs,
& RFIs, suggest methodology, provide estimation of project time and cost and write
white papers. He/ She will also be responsible for identification of new product and
application areas and also suggesting up gradations for Newgen products/ solutions,
carrying out market research for newer market segment.

Profile 2 :- Business System Analyst


The candidate will be responsible for generating leads at CXO level in the focused
segment and geography. Identify prospective customers in various verticals through
secondary and primary research by using online databases. S/he will be responsible for
handling 2-3 countries in terms of lead generation and would also be responsible for
coordination, planning and execution of campaigns and proactively monitor market and
industry trends and competition strategies to identify market development opportunities.
The candidate will also build relationships using consortium such as embassies, industry

associations like FICCI, CII, etc. and participate in conferences, seminars, delegations to

network and generate leads. S/he will also collaborate with Sales/Presales team to
exchange information on markets/leads/prospects and connect to CXOs of target
companies to understand their pain areas and suggest how Newgen solutions could
solve their problems in the lead generation process. S/he should understand and design
appropriate functional pitch/mailers to the CXOs for the focused segments and maintain
track of all activities and connects using the CRM tool Salesforce.com on a regular
basis.
