capitalization. Telstra to serve a larger number of customers internationally. Fulfillment Engine component is part
of SDP (Software delivery Portal) Modules in the Telstra project. The current as-is fulfillment solution architecture
in Telstra is based heavily on customer adaptations such as service portal. Fulfillment Engine implemented in
SCXML.Due to the XML work flow there are issues like Flow is tightly coupled with data.Duplication of Flows,
Difficult to implement and maintain,not flexible to implement change of business rules.

Description:
The project involves development of a TIBCO Provisioning Agent for the Provisioning of Network Elements
used in Telecom’s provisioning domain.
Source Agent is the component which provides an interface between upstream system to Provident and
Provisioning Agent is an interface between Provident to downstream system. These agents may have different
interface like SOAP as Web services, JMS, etc. depending upon the technology used in network elements. To
handle these network elements various client/Server applications are developed to support interface specific
technology.

Responsibilities:
 Developed business processes using Tibco Business Works for all business events.
 Extensively used TIBCO Designer to develop and design the business process diagrams as per the business
process.
 Implemented complex transformation logics using Business Works XPATH functionality.
 Involved in data transformation and mapping using Business Works.
 Tested the business process in test mode for debugging.
 Used Designer to generate the EAR file for deployment.
 Involve in Support and maintenance of TIBCO applications.
  Handled Production issues, Configuration and administrating the applications.

 Involved in preparing Defect Prevention report, which contains all the defects in system and prevention
methods.
