“Fan Finishes” were calculated to accommodate the
maximum number per Fan Model and then divided into
a descending grid that was predictable and aligned for
the reader’s “Eye Comfort”.
The Red text box outlines illustrate the consistent
positioning throughout regardless of Quantity.
This is an example of how subtile comfort can lead
to consumer trust, by making sense even if they are
unable to explain it, they feel it. Comfort.
“Fan Details” were designed around the negative space
to accommodate the accordion-effect of variable data.
The grid was designed to be predictable and aligned
for the reader’s “Eye Comfort”. The heavily weighted
contrast of the lower table is the focal point and a point
at which the eye jumps to from page to page.
The Magenta boxes illustrate the consistent division
and spacing of information type and variables. This is
where I anchored the placement.

With the changing Laws that govern energy
manufactures of energy consuming products are
often left with a variety of the same product in their
warehouses. In order do differentiate and clear old
inventory, we needed a way to inform the consumer
which models were available in different configurations.
This “Green” Icon was shot down.
Bulb type and socket type are illustrated here with the
incandescent bulb.

Q: How do you get a bunch of Renegade Bikers to CARE
about the environment?
A: You Don’t. You just have to get their attention and
they’ll conform to the ideas that support their wants
and desires. A little Machismo doesn’t hurt either.

A Tale of Two Cities is one of
Charles Dickens’s most exciting
novels. Set against the backdrop of
the French Revolution, it tells the
story of a family threatened by the
terrible events of the past. Doctor
Manette was wrongly imprisoned
without trial. Finally released, he is
reunited with his daughter, Lucie,
who despite her French ancestry
has been brought up in London.
Lucie falls in love with Charles
Darnay, another expatriate, who
has abandoned wealth and a title
in France because of his political
convictions. He returns to Paris
to help an old family servant, but
there he is arrested because of the
crimes committed by his relations.
His wife Lucie, their young daugh-
ter, and her aged father follow him
across the Channel, thus Putting
all their lives in danger.
The handsome volumes in The
Collectors’s Library present great
works of world literature in a
handy hardback format. Printed
on high-quality paper and bound
in real cloth, each complete and
unabridged volume has a spe-
cially commissioned after-word,
brief biography of the author and
a further reading list. This easily
accessible series offers readers the
perfect opportunity to discover,
or rediscover, some of the world’s
most endearing literary works.
The volumes in The Collectors
Library are sumptuously pro-
duced, enduring editions to own,
to collect and treasure.
Charles Dickens was born in 1812 near Portsmouth,
where his father worked as a clerk. Living in Lon-
don in 1824, Dickens was sent by his family to work
in a blacking warehouse, and his father was arrested
and imprisoned for debt. Fortunes improved and
Dickens returned to school, eventually becoming a
parliamentary reporter. His frst piece of fction was
published by a magazine in December 1832, and by
1836 he had begun his frst novel, Te Pickwick
Papers. He focused his career writing, completing
fourteen highly successful novels, as well as pen-
ning journalism, shorter fction and travel books.
He Died in 1870.

Liberty Leading the People, By Eugène Delacroix
Delacroix depicted Liberty, personified by Marianne, symbol of the nation, as both an allegorical
goddess-figure and a robust woman of the people, an approach that contemporary critics denounced
as “ignoble”. The mound of corpses acts as a kind of pedestal from which Liberty strides, barefoot
and bare-breasted, out of the canvas and into the space of the viewer. The Phrygian cap she wears
had come to symbolize liberty during the first French Revolution, of 1789-94. The painting has been
seen as a marker to the end of the Age of Enlightenment, as many scholars see the end of the French
Revolution as the start of the romantic era.

Poster: Promote a charity fashion show benefiting
children in Africa suffering from AIDS.
Theme: Make a headdress like Erykah Badu is
known to wear (Special Guest).
Stick figures are the primal representation of People, used by every
culture, every race, and every capable person on the planet. My
purpose for this design was to connect people through the use
of a friendly dancing figure without influencing the
contestants headdress design.
AIDS is a scary subject.

Visual Parody: Please note that this is a Multi-Level visual parody.
Paul Cézanne depicted what people were not willing to admit too or discuss during the
Victorian era’s politics of “High-Morality”. What Paul Cézanne is saying here is that even
though you say one-thing your actions describe another. Think about our system of
government and the society and politics from which it was modeled
