Accounting Software Develop & Rental Costing Agreement between Ziaul Traders (ZT) & UNICORNS

CODES LTD.

In the light of the UNICORNS CODES LTD Traders quotation (Ref: UC/ quotation/133ZT, Dated on
06/08/2020), Ziaul Traders (ZT) Construction Firm has decided to create software related to accounting
and to be bound by the lease agreement. In that context, both sides have incarnated this agreement. The
contract letter is as follows:

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU):

 Service Provider must be providing their technical support all the year round when would be needed.
 This accomplishment is valid for software service provider existing developed system. If
providers fail to mitigate any problems of the software then the contract would be
postpone.
 Service provider organization has to capacity to train up company accounts
personnel of the recognized software.
 Real IP is address which Service provider organization will be preserved secretly.
 Service provider organization should have capacity to preserve the account security.
 Software related troubles must be solved when needed.
 Web Content and picture must be preserved by UNICORNS CODES LTD authorized individual
 UNICORNS CODES LTD authorized individual coordination every moment in this regarding
 UNICORNS CODES LTD TRADERS fails to comply any of the terms of this agreement; or
 ZT is required by government of Court to suspend or terminate the agreement; or
 Security or other conditions prevent UNICORNS CODES from using the software in accordance with
the proposal and then Ziaul Traders (ZT) is compelled to suspend the Deed of Agreement
 The tenant agreement is signed today, 10 th August, 2020 by both parties.

terms and condition, please sing both copies of this MoU in presence of the witness hereto, and return
one copy to Ziaul Traders (ZT).
