A. COURSE DESCRIPTION

This is designed in preparing the youth for their duties as citizen and nation building as a leader. Individual trainee is
expected to fulfill their social responsibility is transforming into a productive asset for local and national development that
will promote and maintain Social Awareness, Volunteerism, Patriotism and Environmental Service Involvement. Priority
areas of concerns include Rights and Obligation of every Filipino citizen, Values Formation, Drug Awareness, Traning to
respond to every emergency situations and Gender & Equality.

COURSE and CLASS POLICIES

1. Course Requirements and Submission: Deadline of submission of each requirement must be strictly followed. Late
papers will not be accepted.
2. Examination: Examination/quizzes must be taken according to schedule; a special examination maybe given provided
that the student has a valid reason(s), and with corresponding excuse letter signed by his/her parent/guardian with
necessary attachment such as medical certificate (in case of sickness) and / or other reference. No privilege is given for
student to take missed quiz or quizzes.
3. Missed class session: If there is a requirement/paper needed for a particular schedule, missing the class session is not
an excuse for the student not to comply with what is due.
4. Student Conduct and Discipline: (Refer to a student’s Handbook)

Computation of Grades

Attendance = 5 %
Recitation = 15 %
Quizzes = 20 %
Project = 20 %
Major Exam
= 40 %
