Voice Mail Retrieval Configure your Verizon Voice Mail retrieval to listen to your messages online. » How to Set Up Your Voice Mail Retrieval FROM THE VERIZON CALL ASSISTANT WEBSITE SETTINGS PAGE Step 1: Click the red arrow next to Voice Mail Retrieval.  Voice Mail Retrieval Your Voice Mail Retrieval Settings allow you to configure VCA so you can listen to your messages online. The first instance of the Voice Mail Retrieval screen will only appear if you are not a subscriber of Verizon Voice Mail at the time of login. Step 2: Enter your Verizon Home Voice Mail Passcode. You will receive pop-up confirmation informing you that your Settings have been successfully changed. Step 3: Click the Save button. 14 . Enter your Verizon Voice Mail Passcode and click Save to activate VCA’s Voice Mail Retrieval functionality. The second instance of the Voice Mail Retrieval screen will appear if you do subscribe to Verizon Voice Mail. At that point you will be offered an opportunity to subscribe to Verizon Voice Mail by clicking on the “Add it” link on the dialog box.
