The yellow pecies are optiopnal. It has a range of about five feet depending on what ammo you use. Or you could make your own version following these steps.com/id/Lego-Trebuchet/ . step 1: Crate the base Just use a lego board for this step and put on the pecies like in the picture. Making sure to line it up with the previously placed pecies. step 10: Place the two side walls onto the platform Put the two side platforms on the very edge of the platform. http://www.com/id/Lego-Trebuchet/ . Also hook on the little gray pecies to the red part (as shown).instructables. (in picture the black piece is not connected yet!) Be sure to connect it!!! Put one on either side of the platform. Make sure to line it up correctly so the batteries dont fall out.step 9: Put pivot and box together Now put the pivot mechanism and the box all together.

But I did read that a trebuchet always has two things. I looked it up o wikipedia and it I found this out. and also in a real trebuchet the weight is suspended in such a way that it always stays level and never changes angles. 2:11 PM REPLY You need to allow it to roll.
