Or, better yet, let's build a better future. After all, we cannot divorcetechnology from its impact on society and we cannot divorce humanbehavior from its impact on technology.In other words, technology and society are intertwined with oneanother. The name of our organization is All Tech Is Human; it is astatement that humans are in control of the technology that wedevelop and deploy. It is a reassertion of the agency that we have indetermining what we develop, who is involved (or not involved) inthe process, and how our technology can be better aligned with ourindividual civil liberties, notions of fairness, and democracy at large.

All Tech Is Human is committed to informing & inspiring the nextgeneration of responsible technologists & changemakers

. We needboth technical problem solvers and social problem solvers, and ouraim is to make the Responsible Tech field more diverse,multidisciplinary, and inclusive.This goal of this guide is to help shed a light on the Responsible Techecosystem, and offer greater guidance to the many individuals whoare looking to be plugged in. From my vantage point of being involvedin the field for years, we have a tremendous opportunity to build onthe knowledge of a passionate and collaborative community.My hope is that this guide will help you "find the others," and feel inspired and better equipped to tackle the important tech/societal issues we face.
