BUT IN REALITY…
 BAE Systems the British Company is certainly
one of the most, if not the most, immoral
companies on the planet. There was certainly
a period from the late 80s through to the 90s
when it was undoubtedly involved in more
corrupt activity than any other commercial
enterprise on the planet. The British
government chose to turn a blind eye to that
behaviour.
But in addition to which BAE systems single
handily contributes to extraordinary
immiseration and suffering around the world,
to give just one example.

In the last couple of years BAE has sold

SAUDI ARABIA 100S OF MILLION POUNDS WORTH OF
BOMBS AND MISSILES. Those bombs and missiles
have been rained down by a Saudi led
coalition on innocent civilians in Yemen,
anywhere between 4000 – 12000 INNOCENT
CIVILIANS HAVE BEEN KILLED, PROBABLY MANY OF
THEM BY BRITISH BOMBS AND MISSILES.

In addition to which, BRITISH ADVISORS ARE

SUPPOSEDLY ADVISING THE SAUDI LED COALITION
ON ITS TARGETING, WHICH A UN REPORT
IDENTIFIES AS HAVING TARGETED IN AT LEAST
1/3RD OF ITS ATTACKS, CIVILIAN TARGETS.

It is corrupted countries around the world,

including my own country South Africa, where
just 4 years into our democracy BAE PAID £115
MILLION POUNDS OF BRIBES according to the Met
police in order to win a contract for which
its product should never have been awarded
the contract.
IT WAS ONLY BECAUSE THE DEFENCE MINISTER WAS
BRIBED TO ENSURE THAT BAE WON THE CONTRACT.

What that did was it undermined South

Africa’s young democracy, it ensured that
scarce resources were spent on weapons that
the country didn’t need and barely used,
rather than, for instance, providing
lifesaving medication for millions of South
Africans living with HIV or AIDS at the time.

In fact, Harvard University has estimated

that as a consequence of that policy decision
at least 365,000 South Africans died of
voidable deaths within 5 years of that
decision.

This is the sort of effect that BAE systems

has on the world. But, it also has a
corroding impact on Britain’s own democracy
and on the rule of law in this country. I say
that because so much of what BAE systems does
is kept out of public eye, by the veil of
national security imposed secrecy that
overhangs all of the arms deals that they do
and all of their activities, be they legal or
illegal.
 IT MEANS THAT WHEN A BRAVE PROSECUTOR IS
PREPARED TO TRY AND BRING THEM TO TRIAL, THE
GOVERNMENT WILL STEP IN AND ENSURE THAT
DOESN’T HAPPEN.

The nature of the RELATIONSHIPS between THE

COMPANY AND SENIOR POLITICIANS. Between THE
COMPANY and MILITARY LEADERS. Between THE
COMPANY and INTELLIGENCE AGENTS.

IS SUCH THAT I BELIEVE TOGETHER THEY OPERATE

IN A WAY THAT BENEFITS THE COMPANY, THAT
BENEFITS OTHER INDIVIDUALS BOTH POLITICALLY
AND ECONOMICALLY AND THAT IS TO THE
DISADVANTAGE TO THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE
UNITED KINGDOM.
 OUR SENIOR POLITICIANS IN THE UK ARE THE
SALES PEOPLE IN CHIEF FOR THE UKS ARMS
INDUSTRY. THEY SERVE THAT INDUSTRY COMPLETELY
UNCRITICALLY.

SO, THEY DON’T MIND HOW MUCH CORRPUTION IS

INVOLVED IN THE ARMS DEALS, REMEMBERING THAT
THE ARMS DEALS ACCOUNTS FOR 40% OF ALL
CORRUPTION IN GLOBAL TRADE.

SECONDALLY, THEY DON’T MIND WHO THOSE WEAPONS

ARE SOLD TO. THEY ARE QUITE HAPPY WITH
COMPANIES LIKE BAE AND OTHERS SELLING
WEAPONARY TO SAUDI ARABIA FOR INSTANCES WHICH
IS USING THAT WEAPONARY TO KILL INNOCENT
CIVILIANS IN YEMEN AT THE MOMENT.
THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT JUSTIFYS THE BRITISH
ARMS INDUSTRY BY SUGGESTING THAT IT SELLS TO
DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT WHO SUPPORT BRITIANS
VISION OF THE WORLD.

IN ADDITION TO WHICH, THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT

CLAIMS THAT ITS CREATING JOBS, THAT IT IS
CREATING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND THAT THE
INDUSTRY IS IMPORTANT IN MAINTINING BRITIANS
PLACE IN THE WORLD.

THE REALITY IS VERY DIFFERENT TO THAT.

BRITIAN SELLS WEAPONS TO ANYONE WHO WILL BUY

THEM.
 BRITAIN SELLS WEAPONS TO NUMEROUS
AUTHORITARIAN, DICTORIAL REGIMES WHO USE
THOSE WEAPONS TO OPRESS THEIR OWN PEOPLE, WHO
USE THOSE WEAPONS TO VIOLATE INTERNATIONAL
HUMANIT ARIAN LAW AND EVEN COMMIT WAR CRIMES.

IN ADDITION TO WHICH, THE SALE OF WEAPONS

FROM BRITISH COMPANIES INVARIABLY INVOLVES
HUGE LEVELS OF CORRPUTION.

SO, NOT ONLY IS BRITAIN VIOLATING A RANGE OF

INTERNATIONAL LAWS OF MULTI-LATERAL
AGGREMENTS BUT IT IS ALSO VIOLATING BRITISH
NATIONAL LAW AND IT IS PROPOGATING CORRUPTION
AROUND THE WORLD AND IN BRITIAN ITS SELF.
 IT IS WORTH SAYING THAT WHAT THESE ARMS
EXPORTS DO, IS RATHER THAN PROTECT BRITIANS
POSITION IN THE WORLD OR SECURE BRITIANS
NATIONAL SECURITY AND DEFENCE IT ACTUALLY
UNDERMINES BOTH.

WE HAVE SEEN LINKS BETWEEN COUNTRIES THAT

BRITIAN HAS SOLD WEAPONS TO OVER DECADES AND
ATROCITIES COMMITED ON BRITISH SOIL.

WE HAVE SEEN BRITAIN ENGANGE IN WARS,

PRIMARILY TO SELL WEAPONS THAT HAVE CREATED
NOT ONLY EXTRAORDINARY MISSERY IN THOSE
COUNTRIES BUT HAVE HAD HUGE CONSEQUENCES FOR
THE UNITED KINGDOM, POLITICAL CONSEQUENCES
AND EVEN CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLENCE COMMITED ON
BRITISH SOIL.

IT REALLY IS MY CONTENTION THAT DESPITE WHAT

THE GOVERNMENT SAYS, WHAT THE BRITISH ARMS
INDUSTRY ACTUALLY DOES IS:
• IT UNDERMINES BRITAINS POSITION IN THE
WORLD.

• IT UNDERMINES BRITAINS SUPPOSED SUPPORT

FOR DEMOCRATIC VALUE. WHICH ITS ARMS
EXPORTS ITS SELF ARE UNDERMINING.

• IT ACTUALLY AND MOST IRONICALLY MAKES

BRITAIN ITS-SELF LESS RATHER THAN MORE
SAFE.
 The biggest arms deal in history (pre-2018)
was something called the Al Yamamah deal
between THE UNITED KINGDOM AND SAUDI ARABIA.
IT WAS A DEAL WORTH AROUND £43 BILLION POUNDS
IN WHICH OVER £6BILLION POUNDS OF BRIBES WERE
PAID TO MEMBERS OF THE SAUDI ROYAL FAMILY.

THIS WAS THE MOST CORRUPT COMMERICAL

TRANSACTION IN COMMERICAL HISTORY OF ALL
TIME.

IT WAS SANCTIONED BY MARGARET THATCHER WHO

SON MARK THATCHER WAS PAID £12 MILLION POUNDS
AS A BRIBE ON THE DEAL.

BECAME INTERESTED IN THE DEAL, OTHER THAN
THAT THEY WERE QUITE HAPPY WITH THE BRIBES AS

 DSEI reflects the true corrupt, uncaring,
reality of the global arms trade brought
together in a corner of London.

It is a stain as a mayor has said on London

its self and on The United Kingdom. Every

What has certainly struck me over the last 2

or 3 manifestations of this arms fair, is not
just the number, but the commitment and the
courage of the people protesting this arms
fair.

There is absolutely no doubt that these

protests have not only raised awareness about
what DSEI is, about the nature of the arms
trade in which the United Kingdom plays such
a large part, but I believe it is also
created a greater awareness of British
foreign policy and how they might not be in
Britain’s best interest.
 It is for that very reason that we have seen
particularly in recent election discussions,
we have actually seen a change in the nature
of debate, we have started to link the tragic
events that happen on British soil to aspects
to British foreign policy and particularly to
aspects of the British arms trade.

I think that movement in this debate is

really to a large part, down to the sorts of
difficulties over the years that protesters
have been creating at DSEI and the sort of
awareness that has been generated by that.

So, I think the protest against a company

like DSEI is absolutely crucial and is
something that each of those committed
individuals that gets involved should be
extremely proud of.

billion arms deal with Saudi Arabia over the
weekend during his visit in Riyadh; $110
billion of the figure will take effect
immediately.

The U.S. State Department said in a written

statement that the arms package “supports the
long-term security of Saudi Arabia and the
Gulf region in the face of malign Iranian
influence and Iranian related threats.”
 Saudi Arabia is the primary destination for
US arms sales, according to the Council on
Foreign Relations, with the Kingdom
purchasing nearly 10% of U.S. exports from
2011 to 2015.

The arms package represents an enhancement of

Saudi Arabia’s military capabilities as
tensions flare in the region, with the U.S.
viewing the Saudis as a cornerstone in
efforts to check the global ambitions of
Iran.

Lockheed Martin, Boeing and Raytheon are seen

as the biggest beneficiaries as per experts
and their stock prices have risen sharply
after the deal.

“Paveway” guidance systems “convert thousands

of dumb bombs into smart bombs.” Paveway kits

of a semi-active laser (SAL) seeker, a
computer control group (CCG) containing

system (CAS).

HERCULES can be used to tow damaged from the

battlefield for repairs.

Other support equipment and training will

also be part of the package.

Riyadh will get around 48 CH-47F Chinook

cargo helicopters.

The iconic twin rotor heavy-left helicopter

While the original Chinook first flew in

1962, it has undergone several upgrades, and
is now one of the most modern lift choppers
in the world.
 CH-47F Chinook is able to carry 33 troops
plus 3 crew, with a maximum gross weight of
50,000 pounds, and maximum cruise speed of
160 nots.

The deal also includes 112 Lycoming T55 – GA

– 714A engines that the Chinook use, 58 AN
AAR-57 Common Missile Warning Systems, and 48
M240H 7.62mm machine guns with spare parts
and other hardware.

The Saudis will be getting some “Multi-

Mission Surface Combatants”, or MMSC ships,
which are based on the Freedom-class,
primarily built by Lockheed Martin.

The Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) is

a lethal and highly manoeuvrable multi-
mission surface vessel capable of littoral
and open ocean operation.

It has a nautical range of 5,000 miles and

can go as far as 30 knots per hours.
 The MSSC utilizes the COMBATSS-21 Combat
Management System, built from the Aegis
Combat System software library.

The MMSC is armed with multiple weapons

system which include 57mm Mk110 deck gun,
SeaRAM, port and starboard 20mm remote guns
and a forward centreline 8 cell MK 41
Vertical Launch System equipped with RIM –
162 Evolved Sea Sparrow Missiles.

The MMSC is also equipped with the AN/SLQ –

25 Torpedo Defence System.

THIS WILL GIVE SAUDI ARABIA THE

 THAAD – AIR STRIKE WITH STEALTH AIRCRAFT

Perhaps the most controversial missile

defence system in the world, Terminal High
Altitude Air Defence, or THAAD, will be sold
to Saudi Arabia.

THAAD, is a anti-ballistic missile system,

which is designed to shoot down short,
medium, and intermediate range ballistic
missiles in their terminal phase.
 THAAD uses hit to kill – to – kill approach
that is the missile carries no warhead, but
relies on the kinetic energy of impact to
destroy the incoming missile.

It has a range of 200km. U.S. recently

deployed the THAAD to South Korea to protect
it against North Korean Missiles.

This is seen as part of the effort to provide

Saudi Arabia with cover against the missiles
of Iran, its main rival.

Anything) threads featuring one or more
agents going loosely by the name FBI Anon.

HE – OR THEY – ARE ALL WORKING ON ‘THE

CLINTON CASE’.

What follows over the next few posts are FBI

Anon’s comments from the following threads:

● July 2 (before either the Republican or

Democratic National Conventions and just
after Loretta Lynch and Bill Clinton had
their conversation on her plane) —

A language alert applies to all three.

However, what FBI Anon says cannot be
completely discounted, even if some
disinformation — perhaps 10% — is mixed in.
The agent includes the disinformation in
order to keep his job. It is unlikely that it
pertains to big ticket topics, but smaller
ones.

A number of 4chan participants do not believe

what FBI Anon says, but the guys at
The_Donald are confident that what he says is
mostly accurate and should be noted.
N.B.: After this, you will never think of the
Democratic Party or the Clintons or their
foundation in the same way again. When I
first read these threads, I thought about
them for days afterward. I am presenting this
information to you to help you and yours make
an informed decision on November 8.

FBI Anon asks the 4chan folks to spread the

information. I found various threads on
The_Donald about him. This one lists all the
4chan FBI threads.

I shall do my best to divide everything up by

topic. I have edited out the foul language
and corrected some spelling and grammatical
errors. Emphases mine below.

Reference is made below to a SAP — Special

Access Program — which FBI Anon defined as
follows (July):
 A Special Access Program is an intelligence
program classified above top-secret. They are
held on closed servers at secret locations.
The only way to get one is if you are
specifically read on to a program, have a
need to know, then you must physically go to
a location and pass through several layers of
security to even look at the program. A good
example in non-classified terms would be the
locations and operations of our intelligence
operatives around the globe, or our missile
silo locations.

FBI ANON INTRODUCTION

I am a person with intimate knowledge of the

inner workings of the Clinton case. I will
answer as many questions as I can without
giving too much away.

WHY FBI ANON WENT TO 4CHAN IN JULY

Sent home, awaiting word about the [chaos]

Lynch just caused.
 CHANCES OF HILARY CLINTON BEING BROUGHT TO
JUSTICE

There is intense pressure for us not to do

so. I am posting from a position of near
anonymity and enough plausible deniability to
evade prosecution, as we have all been given
gag orders.

There is enough for her and the entire

government to be brought down. People do not
realize how enormous this whole situation
actually is. Whether she will be or not
depends on how much info about others
involved gets out, and there are a lot of
people involved.

She had SAP level programs on her server,

which if made public, would literally cause
an uprising and possibly foreign declarations
of war.
There already is enough to indict. Comey has
been trying to stall because he does not want
to face the Clinton Machine, as well as the
rest of Washington D.C. But this case would
explode into a million other cases if fully
brought to light, and then we would be one
agency competing against the entire
government and a hoard of other interests. It
is a very tense and uncomfortable position.

What Lynch is saying is she will accept

whatever they do and make her determination
as she will. Nothing about her
responsibilities has changed, she is simply
trying to keep her hide intact.

We have no power to prosecute, we simply hand

over the data to the DOJ for them to
prosecute. And we do not have the authority
to hand over all of the data because of its
sensitivity. And some of the data will lead
into other cases of corruption.
 Making a recommendation is not the same as
actually prosecuting. We only say “here is
the data, you need to get XYZ” and then the
DOJ acts.

We have our hands tied. My message to you and

everyone on this board is do not get
distracted by Clinton’s e-mails. Focus on the
Foundation. All of the nightmarish truth is
there. The e-mails will pale in comparison.

SPECIAL ACCESS PROGRAMES – (SAPS)

All I can tell you about the SAPs is HRC had

them, and she did not have proper authority
to have any of them. They were leaked to her
by someone, and she did sell them to overseas
donors. Possessing them alone makes her
guilty of treason.
Sec. [of State] CAN have access. That does
not mean he/she WILL. SAP is granted on a
need to know basis, and HRC did not have any
need to know any of the programs on her
server.

PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE OF ISSUES INFLUENCING

CONTINUED INVESTIGATION

Before the Clinton-Lynch meeting, I would

have said 0%. Now it looks more likely
because the public now sees the Clintons
trying to cover their asses. More questions
will add pressure for the investigation to
continue.

THE CLINTON FOUNDATION (CF)

The real point of interest is the Clinton

Foundation, not the e-mail server. We
received the server from Benghazi, then from
the server we found data on the CF.
Then we realized the situation is much worse
than previously thought.

Killing HRC would not cause this problem to

go away. The problem is with the Clinton
Foundation as I mentioned, which you should
just imagine as a massive spider web of
connections and money laundering implicating
hundreds of high-level people. Though I do
not have a high opinion of Hillary, she is
just a piece -albeit a big piece – of this
massive [horrible situation].

Obama is loosely tied to the CF, but much

more tied in with the same people who donate
to the CF.

BC likely wanted LL to focus on the e-mail

server and shy away from prosecuting the
foundation.
 [The Foundation] Sold influence, intel,
favours, and people to anyone willing to pay.

WHY NO ONE ELSE IS BROUGHT TO JUSTICE

The DOJ is most likely looking to save

itself. Find everyone involved in the Clinton
Foundation, from its donors to its Board of
Directors, and imagine they are all

My opinion is the entire government is guilty

of treason, which is why HRC’s death would
not cease the investigation or prevent
further scandals. Many, many people are
involved.

Your moral inclinations may look good on the

internet, but in real life the situation is
complicated. You cannot possibly ask the
entire government to prosecute itself.
 Lynch has also given to the Foundation, and
has many ties to many people she should not.

great prosecutor, but she did not get where

going to jail.

not be president, and having Trump in office

This is the third — and final — instalment of

FBI Anon’s comments on 4chan.

Please read Part 1 and Part 2 to understand

not only what is going on in the Clinton case
but also for clues on geopolitical
developments.

Part 1 explains more about FBI Anon and how

he came to be somewhat of a regular on the
4chan Ask Me Anything (AMA) posts. Part 2 has
a comment on his credibility, probably 90%
with some ‘nonsense’ thrown in so he can keep
his job.
 N.B.: Both Parts 1 and 2 ended up on
discussion boards here and here. (Thanks!)
Both threads speculate on whether FBI Anon is
Steve Pieczenik, a Harvard-trained
psychiatrist who is a regular on the Alex
Jones Show and has his own website.

Obviously, no one can say for certain, but,

personally, I doubt it. FBI Anon is working
on the Clinton case and is most probably an
FBI agent. Pieczenik worked for the State
Department in the 1970s and 1980s in
specialised operations such as psychological
warfare, hostage situations and terrorism. It
would seem that both men share the same
worldview and have access to similar — but
not identical — information and people that
would cause them to arrive at similar
conclusions.
What follows comes from the FBI Anon chat of
October 17. Given the current resumption of
the Clinton email investigation, it is
probable that this is the most up-to-date
information we are likely to receive before
the election on Tuesday, November 8.

By October 17, the Billy Bush video of Trump

had already circulated.

I have divided his comments up by topic,

cleared up salty language, corrected spelling
and added more information in brackets.

IS THE CIA INVOLVED IN THE CLINTON

FOUNDATION?

No. The Intelligence agencies are like

modern-day gangs, owing allegiance to no one
and cooperating only when necessary and even
then, only to a limited degree.

Trump is winning by around 20% with a 5% MOE.

The election is a landslide right now, but
the MSM is trying to engineer his downfall.

forgetting millions who have not voted

voters or people with a history. Trump will

Trump. We have internal polls for our own
projections as well, and so do the campaigns
and the national committees. I guarantee they
all see the same thing: a Trump landslide.
 If he was not winning, what would be the
point [of poll rigging]? They could simply
ignore him and do what they did with Ron
Paul.

I remember seeing an info graph a while back

where someone plotted the oversampling of
democrats in polls. That is a very useful
tool.

IS THERE MORE TO COME ON TRUMP?

I know they have a tape of him making a

lightly off-colour remark about blacks
[referring to an ‘Uncle Tom’ remark on The
Apprentice], but beyond that I have no idea.
They really can’t find much on him, hence why
the MSM has resorted to crafting narratives
out of thin air.
 RIGGED ELECTION AND THE CLINTON CAMPAIGN

It depends at this point. The political mood

right now favours a Trump landslide. HRC and
the global elite have two ways to stop him:

1) Slander him to the point of extreme

unfavorability, even with core
supporters.

2) Rig the polls.

They are concerned because Trump has brought

attention to #2, which was the exact same
strategy with Bernie. Therefore, they are
attempting #1, but the issue is whenever
people attack Trump viciously, his support
grows. He maintains strength by always
finding a new enemy to attack, and the last
month he is pulling out the big guns and
naming the true face of all of our problems:
large, multinational corporations and their
leaders.
 THE BLUEST STATES TRUMP CAN WIN

He will win PA and CA.

1) Trump will do well with Hispanics.

2) Trump’s LGBT stance has more of an

The D.C. Spider Web is an investigation into

level of influence from politics to business
to Hollywood, and even have access to the
Bohemian Grove.

CHAPTER ONE: THE FOLGERS

IZETTE FOLGER

This is Izette Folger (born Izette Maccoby).

 She is a D.C. socialite and looks to have
been friends with James Alefantis for years:

D.C. artists’ non-profit called Transformer.

boyfriend. The two were involved in a bizarre
blackmail lawsuit.

David Brock founded Media Matters and Correct

the Record, which lean strongly left.
Both of these were funded by George Soros.

Izette Folger is on the Advisory Board for

Innocents at Risk, a charity founded to
tackle child exploitation and human
trafficking.

It works directly with an orphanage in the

Dominican Republic.

Izette Folger is married to Neil Folger.

Izette and Neil Folger are Visionary Friends
of James Alefantis’s Transformer.

The Folgers have access to people of high

stature. Here they are with the Japanese
Ambassador, Ichiro Fujisaki.

Here is Neil Folger at the annual dinner of

the Bishop John T. Walker School for Boys; a
tuition-free, private, Episcopal, all-boys
school.

Neil Folger is Senior Vice President at

Folger Nolan Fleming Douglas Capital
Management, Inc.

In 2006, he featured in Washington Life

Magazine, advising readers how to invest $30
million.

In 2007, the S.E.C. (Securities and Exchange

Commission) issued an order forcing Folger
Nolan Fleming Douglas to pay almost $250,000
to their advisors.
 This was caused by “the firm’s failure to
seek best execution and its failure to
disclose available brokerage options, along
with the potential conflict of interest
relating to its acceptance of referrals from
affiliated registered representatives.”

NANCY ‘BITSEY’ FOLGER

U.S. Secretary of Defense for President

NICHOLAS AND PETER FOLGER

Nicholas and Peter Folger were the sons
of Bitsey Folger.

Peter Folger was a social worker and master

gardener. He passed away in 2016.
It seems as though Nicholas F. Folger passed
away in 2012 in Columbus, Ohio. Although the
link is now dead we can surmise that it is
the same Nicholas F. Folger, since Malcolm
McElroy, his uncle, died in Cincinnati, Ohio,
and Neil H. McElroy, his grandfather, was
born and raised in Ohio.
Neither were of interest to the
investigation.
 LEE M. FOLGER

Lee Merritt Folger is the ex-husband of

Bitsey Folger, and is Neil Folger’s father.

Lee M. Folger is the chairman of the board of

Folger Nolan Fleming Douglas Capital
Management, a $735 million Registered
Investment Advisor, and the same firm as Neil
Folger.
 Here are Lee M. Folger and his wife Juliet
Folger.

Lee and Juliet Folger run the Lee and Juliet

Folger Fund.

According to this website, The Folger Fund

had assets worth $22 million dollars in 2014.

However, this IRS document has the amount at

$44 million.

The Folger Fund has millions of dollars’

worth of stock in such companies as Amazon,
American Express, Apple, Boeing, Ebay, Exxon
Mobil, GE, Google, HP, Johnson & Johnson,
McDonalds, Microsoft, Nike, PepsiCo, Pfizer,
Procter & Gamble, Walmart, Disney, Wells
Fargo, Goldman Sachs, Paypal, Kellogg’s, JP
Morgan & Chase, Twitter and Time Warner.

The Folger Fund donates millions of dollars

in donations every year, including at least
$1 million to the National Gallery of Art
yearly.
 Although, in 2014, they purchased two
paintings from the National Gallery of Art in
2014, totalling over $6 million. This was
more than half of their yearly grants and
contributions paid.

In fact, the National Gallery of Art has the

Lee & Juliet Folger Fund listed 19 times
alongside of art pieces.

Lee Merritt Folger was invited to the

Bohemian Grove in 2008.

Also invited were George H.W. Bush, Jimmy

Buffett, Clint Eastwood, Peter Jackson, Henry
Kissinger, James Matheson, David Rockefeller
and David Rockefeller Jr., and James H.
Woods.

All the Folgers are on the 2011 Washington

Life Social List, and appear in many other
years also.

 In summary, Chapter One showed us how James
Alefantis’s socialite friend Izette Folger is
an advisor to a child-trafficking
charity connected to an orphanage in the
Dominican Republic. Her husband, Neil Folger
controls a lot of money. His mother, Bitsey
Folger, is on many boards and connected to
many people in the highest circles of
politics, entertainment and charity. Her ex-
husband is the CEO of a firm worth over $700
million, runs a massive fund specializing in
art, and who was invited by name to the

was involved in James Alefantis’s lawsuit
with David Brock; and how their powerful
father has tight connections to a leader of
the Frankfurt School, and is strongly-
connected to the children’s charity from
which 33 children were almost kidnapped in
the Laura Silsby case.
 CHAPTER TWO: THE MACCOBYS
NORA MACCOBY-HATHAWAY

Nora Maccoby-Hathaway is Izette Folger’s

sister.

 Nora Maccoby is a screenwriter. She has
written films that have starred Joaquin
Phoenix, Ed Harris, Anna Paquin, Michael

Andy Dick, and Brittany Murphy.

‘Snowden’ premiere.

Growing up, she attended the Sidwell Friends

School growing up, which is a Quaker
school. She talks about having had a CIA
upbringing, living in a neighbourhood
where 80% of residents were CIA operatives.

Here is Nora Maccoby-Hathaway with Saudi

royalty and former Saudi Ambassador to the
U.S., Prince Turki al-Faisal, and Kuwaiti
Ambassador Salem Al-Sabah.

Prince Turki al-Faisal resigned from his

position as U.S. Ambassador in newsworthy
fashion in 2006-2007 following tumult in the
Saudi leadership.
 They are at the screening of ‘Journey to
Mecca‘, a film about an Islamic scholar’s
pilgrimage from Morocco to Mecca in 1325.

She is listed as co-founder of Nature’s

Partner, a bipartisan energy literacy
initiative (and its sister site Giummara, a
produce marketing company located in Los
Angeles.) Their website has no mention of
her, or any other founders.

Nora Maccoby-Hathaway is a contributor at The

Globalist.

The Globalist claims that “anyone with a

curiosity to learn about the world around
himself or herself is a globalist.”

It has an article comparing President Trump

to the Philippines’ President Duterte who has
drug-users murdered, and another subtitled:
“Is Globalism an inherently anti-American
concept? Nothing could be further from the
truth.”
 The only article of Maccoby-Hathaway’s we
could locate was “The U.S. Military and China
as Environmental Soul Mates.”

As hinted at above, Nora Maccoby-Hathaway is

an energy strategist, and “has spent years
working primarily with the U.S. Department of
Defense as a Senior Communications
Specialist.”

She serves on the Board of the International

Fund for China’s Environment (IFCE), a non-
profit that “aims to ensure a healthy global
environment and continuous economic
development, by helping China solve its
environmental problems.”

In 2005, after leading a three-week

delegation with the IFCE, and with a US-China
agreement in place, Nora spoke directly with
then-Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld
about clean energy projects. Following this,
Rumsfeld threw support behind the project
with two Defense Science Board
Reviews, Energy Security offices in each
branch of military, and funding, through the
Office of Force Transformation, for The
Energy Conversation.
 THE ENERGY CONVERSATION

The Energy Conversation is

From 2007 – 2010, Nora served as Senior

Communications Specialist for The Energy
Conversation, a partnership of 29 government
agencies and departments, working together to
achieve smart energy policy.

She wrote ‘The Energy Conversation: The First

3 Years’, which is available to download as
PDF here. It is a compilation of 31
Conversations from various writers about
energy. These conversations include ‘Energy
Policy in Light of a New President and
Congress’, ‘The Economic Impact of Climate
Change,’ and ‘Energy, Security and the Long
War of the 21st Century’.

In it, she says that the book would not be

possible without the DOD Office of Force
Transformation, the DOD Director of Defense
Research and Engineering, and the Navy Office
of Naval Research.
 However, it seems that the Office of Force
Transformation, which was said to be funding
the Energy Conversation, was disestablished
in 2006 (according to Wikipedia, although all
source links are dead.) This was the year
before Nora Maccoby-Hathaway spent four years
as Energy Conversation’s Senior
Communications Specialist.

It is unclear who was funding it after 2006.

This is made all the more confusing by the
fact that there does not seem to be an
official website for The Energy Conversation,
as www.energyconversation.org is not
functional.

This means that our knowledge of which 29

government agencies are involved, to what
extent, and to what ends, are unknown.

She is also noted as being on the board of

The Energy Consensus, of which no website can
be found. One is mentioned in the article
below –

– however that link is also dead.

 In ‘Breaking Through Editorial‘, Scott Chubb
speaks further about the Energy Conversation
and, among other things, the “Evolving
Alliance Between ‘Tree Huggers’ and the DOD.”

In the article, Chubb writes that “Nora

Maccoby played a prominent role in initiating
interest in the DOD in dealing with
problems related to the strategic importance
of energy and the need to develop alternative
energy technologies and strategies for using
energy by raising these issues in
conversations with Donald Rumsfeld.”

Chubb mentions that Saudi Ambassador Turki

Al-Faisal was present at the “Green Salon”
Energy Talk he attended with Maccoby-Hathaway
and Major Hathaway.

Also present were James Woolsey, Bill

Clinton‘s former CIA chief.
 Chubb sums up the event:
“The “tree huggers” and the DOD not only are
beginning to talk to each other, but they are
beginning to work together to create a
political climate where the problems
associated with global warming and our over-
reliance on oil and other sources of
greenhouse gases will be addressed using more
efficient, alternative energy technologies
and alternative energy fuels.”

Also mentioned in the article is then-Army

Captain Todd Hathaway, who was mentioned as a
close friend of Nora Maccoby’s. As we will
see below, Hathaway and Maccoby are now
married.

Nora Maccoby-Hathaway received credit for

President George W. Bush‘s State of the Union
line when he declared, “America has a
problem. We are addicted to oil.”
 ARMY MAJOR TODD HATHAWAY

Major Hathaway and Nora Maccoby-Hathaway were

married, in an Episcopalian-Buddhist ceremony
at the highly prestigious Cosmos Club.

In attendance at the wedding were Head of the

American Council on Renewable Energy Jodie
Roussell, top solar energy strategist
Scott Sklar, and CIA chief James Woolsey.
 This ceremony at the Cosmos Club was made
easier, one would assume, by the fact that
Nora’s father Michael Maccoby is a member.

As it mentions on its website’s homepage, The

Cosmos Club has had among its members three
Presidents, two Vice Presidents, a dozen
Supreme Court justices, 36 Nobel Prize
winners, 61 Pulitzer Prize winners and 55
recipients of the Presidential Medal of
Freedom.

Its members also include Henry Kissinger,

Nelson Rockefeller, and Robert McNamara.

Here are Major Hathaway and his wife, Nora

Maccoby-Hathaway, at the ‘Journey to Mecca’
screening, mentioned above.

They feature in the 2014 Washington Life

Social List, among many other people of note.

Major Hathaway is also in the field of

energies.
 Chubb claims that “Capt. Hathaway has been
directly involved with the people who are
responsible for bringing the issue (of the
strategic importance of energy and the need
to develop alternative energy sources and
devices) to the attention of the Secretary of
Defense and for organizing the “Energy
Conversation.”

Hathaway is credited with debunking claims of

achieving cold fusion from the Keshe
Foundation (KF), who seem like charlatans to
us at TGASC.

The same article says that Hathaway is part

of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency in
Fort Belvoir, a military facility with twice
as many workers as the Pentagon.

He has assisted with a non-profit focused on

free energy technology and sustainable
development, called Panacea-BOCAF.

It is named after Panacea, the goddess of

universal remedy, and BOCAF stands
for Building Our Children A Future.
On their site there is an article (that seems
promotional) on Major Hathaway.

The same article mentions that Nora Maccoby-

Hathaway hosted the New Energy Congress. In
trying to find information on New Energy
Congress, we did locate a PESWiki(Pure Energy
Systems) website for it, but no links were
helpful (both http://top5energy.com/ and
http://newenergycongress.org were dead) and
there was no mention of Maccoby. Another dead
end.

Panacea-BOCAF has many links on its own site

that are dead or lead nowhere, including to
“the results of Major Hathaway’s independent
investigation and a lecture given by Todd
Hathaway on “Eddie Sines Liquid Nitrogen
cooled YBCO coated quartz crystal super
conductor alternative free energy generator.”

 MAX MACCOBY

Here is Max Maccoby with his two sisters.

Max Maccoby is a lawyer at Butzel Long,

specializing in such cases as product
liability, breach of contract, malpractice
and false claims.

Max Maccoby represented James Alefantis and

ex-partner David Brock in the bizarre
blackmail lawsuit.
 This shows a personal connection between
Alefantis and all three Maccoby siblings, as
well a personal connection between David
Brock and both Izette Folger and Max Maccoby.

Max Maccoby is also on the board of Directors

for Friends of the Orphans.

Friend of the Orphans has since changed its

name to Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH),
which is Spanish for Our Little Brothers and
Sisters. (It also goes by Nos Petits Freres
et Soeurs (NPFS), which is the French
translation.)

NPH is a network of orphanages in Latin

America and the Caribbean.

It currently houses of 3,700 children in nine

countries
:
Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador,
Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua
and Peru, with Haiti and the Dominican
Republic of particular significance. More on

There are some claims that Butzel Long, and
the surrounds of its building have some
child-sex insinuations. The dissolution of
sli.mg make this more difficult to
investigate.

SANDYLEE MACCOBY
Sandylee Maccoby is the mother of Izette,
Nora and Max Maccoby.

She is listed as part of the Maccoby Group.

She is a writer and artist.

Beyond that, she was of little interest to

this investigation.
 MICHAEL MACCOBY

Michael Maccoby is Izette, Nora and Max’s

father.

Michael Maccoby is an anthropologist and a

psychoanalyst, and a globally-recognized
expert on leadership.

He was asked to work at the White House

around 1960.
Instead he chose to work with Erich Fromm in
Mexico.

Erich Fromm is a renowned psychologist,

sociologist, philosopher and democratic
socialist.

Fromm was central to the Frankfurt School and

its Critical Theory, writing books such as
Escape from Freedom. The Frankfurt School was
known for its strident Cultural Marxism.

Saul Alinsky was the Frankfurt School’s most

prominent figure, whose Rules for
Radicals was a major component of Hillary
Clinton‘s recent campaign and Barack Obama’s
presidency.

Hillary Clinton wrote her senior thesis about

Alinksy. In fact, Clinton wrote Alinksy
directly back in 1971, saying she missed
their conversations, revealing a close
relationship.
 “[Maccoby] believed that Fromm had an idea
about how to create a world where we could
create societies that loved life versus loved
death.”

He was also the President of the Harvard

Crimson and had the Pentagon Papers in his
house.

Michael Maccoby is also a defender of James

Alefantis and Comet Ping Pong.

When a neighborhood commissioner brought a

video to the public’s attention about James
Alefantis’s Comet Ping Pong having late-night
sidewalk permissions, Michael Maccoby made a
very vocal response in the public hearing on
the matter. (Download the “COMET” file from
here.)

At 31:30 minutes, Michael Maccoby defends

Comet Ping Pong, saying it is “a great
benefit to the community.” He stresses having
been in the area since 1970 and says he
“would personally seek to remove the
individuals attempting to stop (James
Alefantis).”
 Michael Maccoby is one of the central
contributors and facilitators of an
international non-profit – the same
children’s organization that sees his son Max
serve on the board – NPH/ Friends of the
Orphans.

In fact, Maccoby and Erich Fromm conducted

studies on the NPH Organization.

From the NPH brochure:

This is the very same orphanage that 33

children were taken from in 2005 in the Laura
Silsby case.
 This was revealed by Jorge Puello, Laura
Silsby’s lawyer in the case.

Jorge Puello himself is wanted by police in

at least four countries for charges including
the sex trafficking of girls and women and
making counterfeit documents.

It has been well-documented also how the

Clinton Foundation is tied to Laura Silsby.
And with new investigations suggesting that
there may have been CIA operatives in
Silsby’s orphanage staff, it brings a new
focus on the possibility of CIA activity
within or involving the Maccoby family.

In summary, Chapter Two showed us how Izette

Folger’s family has links through energy
policy the White House, is personal friends
with an ex-CIA Chief, has an in-law who is
an Army Major in the Defense Threat Reduction
Agency, defended both James Alefantis and
David Brock in court, has membership to the
Cosmos Club, was personal friends with Erich
Fromm, and is involved in the leadership of
the same International Children’s Charity
from whose Haiti Orphanage Laura Silsby stole
33 children.

MORRIS & GWENDOLYN CAFRITZ

This is Morris Cafritz.

Morris Cafritz was a real estate developer,

“one of Washington’s leading commercial and
residential builders from the early 1920’s to
the mid-60’s.”
In 1929 he married Gwendolyn Cafritz.

Here are Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz

In 1948, they started the Morris and

Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation.

Morris Cafritz passed away in 1964.

 When he did, Gwendolyn Cafritz became
President of the Foundation. She remained
President until her death in 1988.

Today, The Cafritz Foundation is worth $735

million and donates $20 million per year.

Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz had three sons:

Calvin, Carter and Conrad.

In the same 2011 DC Social List that we saw

all the Folgers, we also see many members of
the Cafritz family.

This is Morris Cafritz with his son Calvin

Cafritz in 1957.

In December 1988, Calvin Cafritz was elected

to the Board of Directors of The Morris and
Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation and since
February 1989, has served as Board Chairman.
In July 1993, he was elected President and
CEO of the Foundation.
He remains President and CEO, and Chairman of
the Board, of the Foundation, as of 02/10/17.

They are also reported as being among The

Philanthropic 50: Washington’s Most Generous
Benefactors of 2014, donating $400 million
since 1970.

They have donated to the Homeless Children’s

Playtime Project.

Planned Parenthood are listed among the

primary donations, as well as a number of

It seems as though The Cafritz Foundation

donated $800,000 to Planned Parenthood just
this past summer.

Another Wikileaks release showed a

“Certificate for Appreciation For Gifts Of
Funds to the Dept of State” from all the way
back in 1978, associated with the Morris and
Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation.

Another has Calvin and Jane Cafritz on the

Host Committee of an expensive
environmentalist event with Robert Redford
(who we will come back to in a later
chapter.)
 Not only that, Wikileaks also revealed
that Calvin & Jane Cafritz had a “drop by”
with Hillary Clinton. This was back in 2010
when she was Secretary of State.
CARTER CAFRITZ

This is Carter Cafritz with his wife Jane

Cafritz.

Carter Cafritz is featured in the public eye

least among the brothers.

As Washington Life says, he and his brother

Conrad are “behind-the- scenes players in
many business and charitable ventures.”

Melissa Cafritz have the Carter and Melissa
Cafritz Charitable Trust.

While it doesn’t seem to have a website, it

does seem to donate to a significant number

This includes The Urban Alliance, Youth

Connect, and Bright Beginnings (Page 22),
with the Morris & Gwendolyn Cafritz
Foundation also donating.

It co-funded a study on how the philanthropic

community of D.C. can affect the juvenile
justice system.

Other philanthropic efforts include the John

F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts,
Martha’s Table, Critical Exposure, and

found in another email leaked by Wikileaks.

E-mail 21136 of the Podesta e-mails was sent

to John Podesta.

In the e-mail was titled “Cooking w/ Fratelli

Podesta Briefing” and it listed the briefing
for a fundraiser. The fundraiser was to take
place at Tony Podesta’s house, which looks
like this.
 Remember that it was Tony Podesta with
whom Marina Abramovic was looking forward to
sharing a “Spirit Cooking dinner.” She also
wondered if John Podesta would be joining.

It mentions that James Alefantis, and the

Within the attachment, there is a full list

of attendees, and it denotes a minority – a
total of 17 – who paid $2,700 to attend “the
Chef’s Circle.”

Among these Chef’s Circle contributors were

none other than Conrad Cafritz.
 More bizarre is that the event is titled
“Cooking w/ Fratelli Podesta” and yet in the
two hours there is no time allocated for
cooking or eating. At least, not before
8:30pm when the event was to end. In fact,
the “Sequence of Events” was meticulously
timed, often in strict 5 or 10-minute
increments, and there was no time left for
actual cooking or eating, nor even
any mention whatsoever of food preparation or
consumption.

So, earning in the neighbourhood of $100,000

for a two-hour event, in which there was no
time for cooking or eating, James Alefantis,
the Podesta Brothers, and Conrad Cafritz got
together at Spirit Cooker Tony Podesta’s
house for a closed press event in the name of
Hillary Clinton.
 OCCULT MAGIC = HIDDEN MAGIC

and Scholarship Program.

Among the board members include Jane Cafritz.

Also among the distinguished guests, and

assisting to raise $130,000, were Bitsey

 CHAPTER FIVE: PHILIPPA HUGHES

This is Philippa Hughes.

Philippa Hughes describes herself as a

“writer, speaker, flaneur, provocateur.”

Philippa Hughes reacted badly to President

Trump’s 2016 election win, “Maybe because a
man grabbed my pussy when I was 10-years-old
at a party in my own home.”
 Philippa Hughes established the Pink Line
Project. The Pink Line Project is an art non-
profit organization that calls itself “a
community of the culturally curious.”

Hughes, through her Pink Line Project,

has donated to Democrat, Jon Ossoff.

It’s interesting, then, that one of the Pink

Line Project’s promotional videos involves a
familiar “culturally curious” figure at the 1
minute 29 second mark.

HEAVY BREATHING
This band is Heavy Breathing, a pedo-punk
band made infamous for its strange, and
perverted music and shows at James
Alefantis’s Comic Ping Pong. In these
shows the lead singer, who is noted to be
named Amanda Kleinman, AKA Majestic
Ape, speaks about their taste in children.

Kleinman wears a full-face balaclava mask,

sunglasses and a wig on stage, and is
suspected to be James Alefantis himself,
using the accessories and a vocal effect for
disguise.

Phillipa Hughes also knows Nora Maccoby and

her sister Izette Folger (seen in Chapter
Two.)

Izette Folger speaks negatively about

Hughes’s more down-to-earth brand of art
party and those who attend, saying that “It’s
not a group of intellectual or sophisticated
people. They’re like party wraiths.”

Folger speaks specifically about a ‘welcome’

that Hughes had for her sister, Nora Maccoby:
“(Maccoby arrived) early only to find Hughes
still in curlers, so to speak, noshing on
pizza.”

Hughes responded: “That’s why it’s

successful. Because there’s no pretension
about it.”

Hughes is on the board or committee for many
influential arts organizations in D.C,
including:

• DC Commission on the Arts & Humanities

• Arlington Arts Center

• MakeDC

• Washing Film Institute

• Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts

As well as managing Pink Line Projects, and

the above duties, Hughes also
manages Blueberries & Cherries and Citizens
Innovation Lab, as well as a busy schedule of
speeches and other appearances.

It is remarkable that she can manage all of

the above, as well as being the board chair
of the Dupont Underground.

This is especially noteworthy, since the

previous managing director Braulio
Agnese left the position suddenly, claiming
“The position of managing director of the
DuPont Underground was an unsalaried, 60+
hour per week, full time job.”
 This seems like a remarkable workload for
Hughes, who also has time to travel European
cities like Berlin. Unless Agnese had another
reason for leaving in such a hurry…

THE DUPONTS

Dupont Underground is an art installation

through the underground tunnels of Washington
D.C.

Du Pont Underground is in connection with the

Du Pont family; one of the richest families
in America for hundreds of years. Also in the
Du Pont family is one of the world’s biggest
chemical companies, also named DuPont.

The Du Pont family are worth approximately

$15 billion. In 2014, they were the 13th
richest family in the country.

There have been many scandals surrounding the

Dupont family:
One Du Pont heir was convicted of murdering a
wrestling coach. This was brought to the
silver screen in the movie ‘Foxcatcher.’

Another Du Pont heir, Robert H. Richards

IV, plead guilty to raping his three-year old
daughter. His wife, the accuser, also accused
Richards of sexually molesting his son.
However, Richards received no jail time,
because the judge deemed that he would “not
fare well” behind bars.

There have long been rumours and theories

about the tunnels under the District of
Columbia. The Smithsonian claims that the Du
Pont space is 75,000 square feet, and that
this is but a small stretch of the expansive
tunnels.

Extensive research into the tunnels and how

they interlink has been done by other
internet sleuths, as well as the detailed
information on digging occurring in Comet
Ping Pong.
 Also of interest is how the Cosmos Club (as
seen in Chapter Two) happens to be 1,000 feet
from the Dupont Underground portion of the
tunnel.
 PROVISIONS LIBRARY
In order to research the best way to proceed
with Dupont Underground, in 2012, four DC-
based creative researchers were sent to
Berlin to source ideas. (page 6) They were
sent by an organization called Provisions
Library, a Dupont Underground project
partner.

Among the funders of Provisions Library are:

• Open Society, owned by George Soros (page
3)
• Cafritz Foundation (page 3) (as seen in

Chapter Three)
• DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities,

on whose board Philippa Hughes sits.

• Comet Ping Pong (page 85)

In 2012, Provisions Library released an

“archive” of ten fictional pieces on the
potential uses of the Dupont Underground
called ‘Metamonument.’ This collection was
authored by a D.C. artist James Huckenpahler,
who was also one of the creative researchers
sent to Berlin to research the Dupont
Underground.
Huckenpahler and ‘Metamonument’ connect once
again to Heavy Breathing and ‘Majestic Ape,’
who clearly reads one of Huckenpahler’s
stories.

In ‘Metamonument,’ James Alefantis is thanked

“for patronage above and beyond.” (last page)
Also thanked is Oliver Miller AKA Dr. Pong,
who provided “hospitality” in Berlin. We will
return to Miller in a later chapter.

More bizarre is that the event is titled

“Cooking w/ Fratelli Podesta” and yet in the
two hours there is no time allocated for
cooking or eating. At least, not before
8:30pm when the event was to end. In fact,
the “Sequence of Events” was meticulously
timed, often in strict 5 or 10-minute
increments, and there was no time left for
actual cooking or eating, nor even
any mention whatsoever of food preparation or
consumption.
 So, earning in the neighbourhood of $100,000
for a two-hour event, in which there was no
time for cooking or eating, James Alefantis,
the Podesta Brothers, and Conrad Cafritz got
together at Spirit Cooker Tony Podesta’s
house for a closed press event in the name of
Hillary Clinton.
