Let us be the first to congratulate you on the steps you are taking to secure your unalienable Rights to freedom and privacy. We at FPC want to help you in any way we can as you move forward. As you prepare to execute the enclosed documents, there are some general things we would like to suggest to you to make this whole endeavor a better learning experience for you. 1. Approach the issue of securing your freedom and privacy as one who is eager to learn. There is a lot of information out there and quite a bit on our web site as well. Be sure to set a little time each week to make yourself aware of the research that is being done. More information is becoming available everyday. To accomplish this goal, you might want to: a. Send an email to Nancy Lloyd, FPC’s National Corporation Sole Director, and request a handbook. Her e-mail address is Nancy@FreedomCommittee.com. b. Sign up for the FPC-News e-mail mailing list. Periodically, we send out news items and research results to our readers which can be of real benefit to you as you continue your study. Feel free to let us know if we are meeting your needs for news relevant to Freedom and Privacy issues. c. Sign up for the FPC-CorpSole e- mail mailing list. This mailing list is for those who have purchased a Corporation Sole from FPC or those who have an interest in the Corporation Sole. The news you will find here is usually relevant to the Corporation Sole only. d. We have several books that we recommend for those who want to get some detailed information about certain issues (i.e., money, income tax, etc). Ask us about them and we will be happy to help you get started on a study program. You can always check out the bookstore for some excellent products. e. We want you to feel comfortable with the Corporation Sole concept so feel free to contact the Support Desk to ask us any questions or to give us your feedback about our work. We always want to make things better and more professional. If you have a question, try the e-Discussions, the Live Conference Calls or the Support Desk. Our members are quite helpful and courteous. Remember that the only stupid question is the one that was not asked.

2. You will want to obtain some things which will help you as you begin your new study program. For example you might want to get a PC (if you don’t have one), E- mail (if you don’t have it yet) and some privacy software like PGP ; so you can send e- mail in complete privacy. We can help you with this later but don’t forget to ask us about the m when you are ready. 3. If you plan to market FPC products, we recommend you contact your Representative and ask them to explain the marketing program to you and help you get started. You should: a. Understand the Australian Two- up completely. This is very important and it will help you train others as you build your organization. b. Collect all the marketing materials we have on- line and read them. We operate a little differently than most other organizations; we put our brochures and materials on- line so you can download the latest versions at any time and print them on your local printer. Have plenty of blank applications already printed so you can just hand them to your friends when they ask for them. c. Send an email to our National Marketing Director, Cajun Mike, CajunMike@freedomcommittee.com, and request a Marketing Handbook at
d. We have an excellent unlimited flat-rate long distance plan and Marketing Tools program that is next to none. Ask your Representative about these products and tools and how you can get set up to start marketing the FPC products. e. As we obtain new products which we think will benefit our members, we will let you know about them. Watch the news blasts. f. Send your friends to the 24x7 pre-recorded message calls. Check the Website for phone numbers. g. Send your friends to the Live Conference Calls. We have several Live Conference calls a week. All our Conference calls are at 8:55 pm EST. Tuesday focuses on Corporation Sole; Wednesday and Thursday is our 1040X Tax Freedom Package; and Sunday is Marketing-101. Check the website for phone numbers and times for all the conference calls. h. Make sure you sign up for your FREE web pages at our Website. You can find the on- line web page application by going to http://www.freedomcommittee.com and clicking on the big word FREEDOM and then Applications when the second page is displayed. When you fill out the on- line application and click the submit button, your pages are live and you can immediately give your personal FPC link to your friends. This is an excellent way to tell your friends about the new things you are learning. There is enough information on the website to keep you learning for several weeks so don’t waste any time. 4. Just so you won’t get too serious about life, you might want to sign up for the Humor mailing list. We send out good, clean humor that is sure to keep your life balanced. 5. Lastly, let us know if there is anything we can do to help you. We want to help you help yourself so please let us know how we can serve you better.

Please remember the confidentiality agreement you signed with FPC. You are free to let folks read your documents but do not give the electronic or a paper copy version of your documents to anyone without our written permission. Our policy is that we do not (under any circumstances) support those who disclose or make use of our products without purchasing them from a qualified Representative. FPC Corporation Sole Instructions
Please follow these instructions to expedite the completion of your Corporation Sole. Please check your information (name of Corporation Sole, your name, etc.). Make sure all information is correct. If there are any changes required, contact us immediately so we can make the proper corrections and resend you the documents. SIGNATURES Initial at the bottom of each page of your Corporation Sole using your initials and sign the last page of the Corporation Sole document using your full name (Firstname Middlename and Lastname) in BLUE INK ONLY. • • • • • Print in COLOR, 5 originals of the Articles of Corporation Sole (one for yourself and 4 to send to the processing center); Print 4 originals of the Power of Attorney (one for yourself and 3 to send with the documents to the processing center); Print 1 original of all other Corporation Sole related documents for yourself and store in a safe place; Initial at the bottom of pages 1 through 6 and sign on page 7. Send 4 original Articles of Corporation Sole, and 3 original Powers of Attorney to the address on the Worksheet; and Send the documents via return receipt or some type of delivery confirmation.
You may want to send it Priority Mail or Overnight (requiring recipient’s signature) to expedite your filing. If you want to receive your documents back by overnight delivery, check the box on the worksheet and include a money order for the additional cost of shipping. If you have any questions, please call. FILING OF THE CORPORATION SOLE When you receive your documents back from us, they will have been filed with the State of Utah. The State will keep one copy of the Corporation Sole Document and stamp the second copy as filed for you to keep for your records. Note that the State Identification Number appears on your copy. Put the “filed” Corp. Sole Document in a safe place for keeping. You may also wish to set up a notebook for any records you may wish to keep of your organization.

IMPORTANT: Sign and SEND two copies of the SS-4 Form and the SS-4 FAX Letter with the above documents to the processing center. UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED AN EIN, do not apply for one. If you need an EIN for banking purposes, then Print, sign and send the document called SS4-FAX.pdf to the FPC processing center. You should receive an EIN via FAX from the IRS within about two weeks to

four weeks. If you do not have a FAX machine to receive FAXES, then you may want to signup for an E- fax account which will receive your fax and send it to you in your e- mail inbox. If you have neither e- mail nor a FAX, then you should contact someone who does have a FAX and ask them if you can have something FAXED to them. Companies like Kinko’s will accept FAXES for you for a nominal fee.
From now on, whenever you sign your name, use BLUE INK ONLY. Your signature should include “Without prejudice” ABOVE your signature ONLY when you are forced to sign any document. Otherwise, just sign your full signature in BLUE INK.
