Dear Exhibitor,

Thank you for expressing interest in NewSpace 2011. The NewSpace Conference
is an opportunity for professionals across the space industry to define the evolving
industry and how it can best interact with NASA and the rest of the space community. It
is the responsibility of all aerospace companies, both old and new, to take an active role
in defining and shaping the new commercial space industry.

For years, the NewSpace conferences have served as a meeting place for a unique
mix of revolutionary space entrepreneurs, investors, scientists, engineers, educators,
students, and space policy leaders to explore the opportunities and challenges of the
emerging commercial space industry.

We hope that you will take the opportunity to attend our conference. We are
looking for exhibits that demonstrate how your company fits into and defines the new
commercial space industry. We hope that you will take the opportunity to attend the
conference and use the conference to extend your business connections and customer
base.

Sincerely,
Darrell Cain

About NewSpace 2011: Fulfilling the Promise

The NewSpace conferences have always been focused on the emerging commercial space
industry and its possibilities for revolutionizing access to the space frontier. With the
changing political environment surrounding the space program, there is a real opportunity
for established aerospace and emerging aerospace companies to fulfill the promise
together.

NewSpace 2011 Programming

The changing political environment has provided the commercial space industry with the
chance to revolutionize the market and, in acknowledgement of this opportunity, the
theme of this year's conference is ‘Fulfilling the Promise.’ The event will highlight the
emergence of a variety of NewSpace markets as companies shift from theoretical
concepts to functional realities.

Exhibit Room

The Space Frontier Foundation strives to provide optimal placement for our NewSpace
2011 Exhibitors. In order to ensure high traffic flow, exhibits will be placed between the
entrance of the NASA Ames Conference Center and the main conference ballroom,
allowing participants to browse the various exhibits between panel sessions. For a
detailed map of the exhibitor room, see the figures at the end of this document.

Also, the exhibit room will serve as the location for all networking breaks, allowing
attendees to browse the exhibits and engage in conversations with your company. There
will be two networking breaks each day—one in the morning, and one in the afternoon.

Set-up time for NewSpace 2011 Exhibits will take place between 6 and 9 pm Wednesday,
July 27th. Exhibits must be removed from the NASA conference room by noon on the
following Sunday, July 31st. For special requests, please contact the Exhibits Manager.

Exhibit Provisions

An exhibit table and two chairs will be provided to all NewSpace 2011 Exhibitors. An
additional table may be requested free of charge. NewSpace 2011 has ample room in the
NASA Conference Center, so exhibitors are encouraged to bring large displays,
demonstrations, and models. For logistical purposes, please inform the Exhibits Manager
of the size of any unusual items and any special considerations that need to be arranged.

Each exhibitor registration will also include two basic conference registrations, which
provide access to all non-meal events. All ticketed meals must be purchased separately.

The Space Frontier Foundation will provide exhibits with power and wireless internet
access if requested before Saturday, July 16th.
