Dear friends of Proof Alliance,

It is my great pleasure to introduce you to David Peeples, who recently joined Proof Alliance as Associate Director
of Programs. David was offered the position after an intensive search that yielded a large and exceptionally strong
pool of applicants. David officially joined the team on October 12, 2020 and has been spending his first few weeks
connecting with our board, staff and other stakeholders.

He is originally from Detroit, Michigan and has lived in the Twin Cities for 14 years with his wife Kimberly and son
Adam. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and has over 25 years of leadership experience across several
industries including mental health/corrections, physical rehabilitation health care, voluntary health insurance
benefits, entry-level workforce coaching, and nonprofit community-driven collaboratives. In each of these industries,
David built and cultivated effective teams, created innovated programs and led inclusive community outreach.

At his core, David sees himself as a connector. He believes that it is his responsibility is to help individuals see the
greatness within themselves and collaborate in building strategies that will not only benefit themselves, but the
communities that they live and work in.

We are excited to leverage his experience as a proven leader in the non-profit community to operationalize our
strategic goals of bringing fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) prevention and support programming to all parts
of Minnesota and to all communities impacted by FASD.

In the coming months, he will work closely with me and our staff to lead Proof Alliance into the next phase of growth.
David looks forward to meeting all of you.
