3 WAGE AND SALARY STRUCTURE OF BARODA DAIRY


Salaries arc paid on the monthly basis while wages may be paid on monthly, daily, or hourly
bases. At the end of the month personnel department send order to time keeping officer to
submit the file of the workers attendance and on the bases of this the wages/salaries of
workers/employees is decided.
The personnel department sends the details of wages and salaries to the accountants
department for making payment. The accounts department pays salary to the office staff on
5' of every month by cheque and to the workers on 7 of every month by cash.

The various facilities provided by the Baroda District Milk Producer's Union
Ltd. To their workers arc as follows.

Research Design

For any viable research it is necessary to follow a proper research method.


A research design states essentially the conceptual structure within which
the research would be conducted. The function of a research design is to
provide for the collection of relevant evidence with available expenditure of
effort, time and money. The research method should be able to explain
the techniques appropriate for conducting the proposed study. In this
study a comparative research design has been chosen to evaluate the
effectiveness of the training for the employees in CO-OPERATIVE The
research method helps in explaining the various training programmes done
by Baroda dairy and the evaluation of the effectiveness of those training
programmes. In order to achieve the objectives of the research,

There should be a proper process for any research for making it effective
and useful. The process by which the research is conducted in this
project is clear from the diagram. The diagram shows the process
followed in this project for collecting and analyzing the data. The process of
collecting information about Baroda dairy, training, training programmes by
Baroda dairy, evaluation of training etc. through various methods is clear
from the diagram.
