1. Enter Service Mode by pressing [MENU] [#] [1] [9] [3] [4]
2. If you do not see the Tech Mode menu press the menu button again. (You need t
o enter the key sequence quickly.)
3. Select Tech Menu
4. Select DataSetup
5. Arrow to Clear Counts and press Enter
6. Enter Password 1934
7. Arrow to Transfer Belt and press Enter.
The display will show Clearing Counts and then return you to the Tech Menu. Pres
s exit several times to exit the Tech Menu and then power cycle the printer.

Oct 20, 2009 - If you have replaced the Image Transfer Belt, and the printer sti
ll does not work, you will need to reset the counter. Xerox would not tell me ho
w to do it, so I did some investigating.
