*Formations (recommend I/Tite) *Plays (recommend 48/49 Toss)

*Oakie Tite or Monster *Pursuit Drill

Conditioning - Work conditioning by team in your team area (recommend - 8 x 40 yd. sprints. w/ 25-30 sec. rest.)

Offensive Individual Period *All teams / coaches will be separate *Each team will need 3-5 Hand Shields *Coaches - Divide your teams in half and have them complet the drill / all players will switch at half way

Defensive Individual Period *Divide teams by Age Divisions (All Pee-Wee's will be together, all Juniors will be together, etc…) *Coaches - Work together and coach all participants *Focus on Stance/Starts *Divide your players up as best you can, but most kids will know where to go (DL, LB, DB)

Offensive Group Period *Huddle / Formations / Plays * We recommend installing 48-49 Toss and focusing on "zone" concept of blocking

Defensive Group Perioed *Huddle / Oakie Tite or Monster *Pursuit - Align in defense against air or pads, learn proper pursuit anges to the ball.
