AM/DM37x Processor Module

Overview
The AM/DM37x Processor Module from Mistral is an integral part of Mistral's AM/DM37x EVM. Built around the AM/DM37x high-end
application processor from TI, this plug-in, easy-to-use development module makes the AM/DM37x EVM a modular and extendable solution for
multimedia/wireless based product developers. This module is now available separately for customers, who want to quickly deploy these
features to their AM/DM37x based product.
The AM/DM37x processor is a high-end application processor that includes many internal subsystems designed to support high-speed, multi-
thread processing applications. The AM/DM37x includes an integrated advanced Superscalar ARM Cortex-A8 core (supports up to 1 Ghz ); and
high-performance system interconnects and industry-standard peripherals.
The AM/DM37x, Processor Module helps product developers, building their next-generation wireless devices around the AM/DM37x Sitara
Microprocessor. The module features the AM/DM37x 0.40mm CBP package which employs Package on Package technology which allows the
256MB DDR/512MB NAND Memory module to be attached directly to the processor which greatly reduce boards space.
The AM/DM37x processor interfaces are routed to the board-to-board connectors, thus allowing the developer to add their own peripherals to
their design.
