AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into this ___ day of _________ 2020, by and between:

WITNESSETH: THAT –

WHEREAS, The Owner is the registered owner of that motorcycle (“The Motorcycle”),
more particularly described as:

WHEREAS, The Driver is in need of a motorcycle for his daily transportation;

WHEREAS, The Owner lends The Motorcycle to The Driver under the terms and
conditions hereinafter set forth;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties
hereby bind themselves to enter into this Agreement under the following terms and conditions:

1. The Driver acknowledges receipt of The Motorcycle in a road worthy condition.

2. The Driver has a valid and existing Driver’s License and duly authorized to operate The
Motorcycle.

3. The Driver shall adhere to accepted safe driving practices and abide by traffic laws, rules
and regulations while operating The Motorcycle.

4. The Driver shall be responsible for the cleaning and basic maintenance of The
Motorcycle.

5. The Driver shall shoulder the fuel costs of The Motorcycle.

6. The Driver shall be liable for any traffic violations while operating The Motorcycle.

7. The Driver is prohibited from lending The Motorcycle to another person without the
consent of The Owner.

 8. The Owner shall not be liable for any injury, damage or death which The Driver or of
any third person/s may suffer while The Motorcycle is in the possession of The Driver.

9. The Driver shall indemnify and hold harmless The Owner from and against all losses,
claims or suits of any nature by reason of any act or omission on the part of The Driver
while operating The Motorcycle.

10. In case of loss of The Motorcycle, The Driver shall pay The Owner the value of The
Motorcycle.

11. The Driver is prohibited from removing, replacing, altering or modifying any parts of
The Motorcycle without the consent of The Owner.

12. The Driver shall immediately return The Motorcycle upon demand by The Owner.
