As requested the information on the properties is as below;

214 St Georges Road;£150,000

The property is a 5 bedroomed student flat above a commercial premises.


The property is rented out to a student group from September 2016-August 2017 and
the commercial premises offer a 12 month tenancy from the point of purchase. £1920
pcm (inc the bills on the flat.)
The property brings in £20,310 PA after the bill and wifi allowance has been deducted.
(£2500 plus £240 ) but before letting and management fees.

The letting fees on all our student property is the first months rent followed by
10% monthly management.

The suggested net annual figure for this after deductions but excluding any
