Job Description:
IPET (Institutional Planning Environment and Technology) plans and provide environments
supporting delivery of product services and functionality.
This includes Planning for large scale projects, providing timely support to ensure successful
production elevations
Actively pursuing process improvement opportunities utilizing innovative applications and
solutions.
IPET team is responsible for maintaining all the pre and post production Linux environments
IPET team makes sure that the DEV,SAT,PERF,PCR and TDT environments are up and running.
IPET team also supports and resolves any issues faced by the clients using these environments
for Development and Testing activities
Role Description:
● Responsible for providing the support in L2 level depending on the priority of the issues to
meet client’s SLA.
● Maintain and publish the Confluence page to create HVLM ports for each Runtime requested.
● Involved in submitting various requests like firewall request along with recertification,
certificate requests like renewal or discontinue if needed ,content routing requests to Telecom.
● Closely worked with Release Team to deploy the milestone code before staging/tagging the the
code for a Production deploy.
● Involved in Directory creation and Ownership, security and permissions for the Non-Prod and
APP ID.
● Supported prod deploys as some will be unassigned, some are monitored some require post
certification between deploys.
● We will make ourselves available to assist the Deployemnt Team, IAM and Devlopment Team
on the Production elevation days to troubleshoot if needed to support any Rescue deploys.
● Raising any change request if required for any requirement through the help of Service Now.
● Constant analysis, system monitoring through diff Tools like SPLUNK, AppDynamics,
Sitescope ,APM introscope and alerts received for the applications , responding to customer queries
and responding to critical/severe business problems within SLA.
● Perform the daily health checks of the application on PCR environment.
● Monitor and provide support to workflows and provide expert knowledge on all workflow
designs.

in Service Now.

SLAs.
