SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, INEZ D. PEDUCHE, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Taliwa, Malitbog, Southern Leyte, do
hereby name, constitute and appoint EDMUNDO DANDAN PEDUCHE, Filipino, of legal age, and also a resident of
Brgy. Taliwa, Malitbog, Southern Leyte to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to manage and conduct all my affairs,
and for that purpose in my name and in my behalf to do and perform any and all of the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To PERSONALLY APPEAR, PROCESS, APPLY, SUBMIT necessary documents for the availment of SSS
funeral benefits, Burial Benefits, and other benefits.
2. To CLAIM and/or RECEIVE any amount in cash or in check that I may receive and to encash the same at any
designated branch.
3. To make, sign and execute any paper, document and other necessary instrument in relation thereto;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and authority to do and
perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
