This is to respectfully inform you that our construction firm, CEAN

Construction, is the contractor for the ____________________, a slope
protection project of the Department of Public Works and Highways – So.
Leyte District Engineering Office (DPWH-SLDEO).

Such slope protection project requires the installation of gabion materials.

Unfortunately, it was identified by the DPWH personnel during their survey that
your HOUSE will be affected by this activity. Hence, this is to respectfully inform
and advise you to remove such structure/improvement. Rest assured that we
will be of assistance in the costs on the removal and demolition activities.
