The San Diego Community Cares Project is a “one-stop shop” available through the San Diego Food Bank that provides the
following assistance: Food Stamps (pre-screening and application assistance). Employment and training services. Low cost
gas, electricity and telephone programs. Low cost healthcare. Food assistance. Assistance for the elderly and disabled.
