Position Overview: Our US Business team is looking for a creative, self-motivated, enthusiastic, driven and entrepreneurial person to join our highly diverse team as the Clinical Adoption and Site Development Manager. This individual will be tasked with getting physicians and patients to embrace the world’s first non-invasive fibroid ablation tool and drive awareness, demand, education and utilization at our clinical sites around the country. It is a paradigm shift in medicine that is so unlike current procedures, even the most minimally invasive ones. Roles and Responsibilities: the individual hired for this position will be responsible for the following Reporting to the Director of Clinical Marketing and Professional Education at InSightec, the Clinical Adoption and Innovations Manager, based in Dallas TX, will be responsible for : • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Creating and implementing plans to minimize clinician resistance and maximize clinician engagement in adoption of MR guided Focused Ultrasound for treatment of uterine fibroids Working with our site staff to understand their requirements, and recommend, create, and implement plans for collaboration which may include marketing, reimbursement and business development tasks. Organizing and participating in physician awareness and education events Quickly and effectively turning around non-performing clinical sites into financially viable entities Establishing and developing 5-6 “MRgFUS centers of excellence” as show sites for sales visits and training Working with key opinion leaders in womens health to ensure MR guided Focused Ultrasound is included in anything and everything fibroid related Work with patient advocacy groups, employer groups, insurance companies, unions, and individuals to drive awareness, education and demand for the procedure from patients Develop strategy, content, and support for physician/hospital marketing programs designed to drive patients to ExAblate practices and hospitals Collaborate with physicians & hospital administrators in the development of administrative whitepapers to help promote the ExAblate MRgFUS system and the strategic/financial competitive advantage the ExAblate service line offers Develop and implement strategies to facilitate insurance processing and patient finance options Identify industry trends, find benchmark data, and identify opportunities to showcase MRgFUS as a competitive advantage both clinically and from a socioeconomic perspective Identify and implement best practices across clinical sites Lead and implement marketing plans and key marketing programs to drive procedure adoption of ExAblate MRgFUS amongst hospitals. Partner with key hospital administrators to develop and implement leading ExAblate MRgFUS programs and service-lines in hospitals. Work closely with key physicians and product development to define marketing and product requirements for new products needed to further enable MRgFUS procedures and drive procedure adoption across multiple specialties.
