Dear Interweave Crochet,
First, I have to say how much I adore your magazine.
Second, I wanted to share my most recent
project from your magazine. My five-year-old
son adores frogs and has wanted me to crochet him a frog for quite some time. I have
had some trouble with stuffed animals in the
past, but the pattern in your Winter 2009
issue (Frog Charming) worked up so easily
without a single hitch. I preferred him as a
plain frog, but my son wanted him to have
all of his accessories. He loves his Froggie!

FORUMS
Although I never went to see the
movie, I fell in love with the artwork
and the characters of Avatar. I have
been working on crocheting a balljointed doll, and when this movie
came out, I knew I wanted to try
it with Neytiri. One of these days I’ll get her just right!
She is made of Crystal Poly Crochet Thread, Acrylic
Paint, and her hair is Lil' Loopies Thread—crocheted
into a wig. The body is in progress!
