 Lot Coverage

means that portionof the total area of alot that is covered bybuildings (SCC 30.91L.150)

Buildings are defined as:

Any structure having a roof supported by columns or walls designed for housing or shelter of persons, animals or property of any kind.(SCC 30.91B.200)

 

Lot Coverage and Stormwater Management

•

Paved or impervious areas include roofs,walkways,driveways, parking lots

•

Drainage codes address mitigating stormwater runoff from impervious surface areas

•

Low impact development strategies are required where feasible
