Job Description Sales planning and reporting

- Intercations with Key Account Management (KAM) teams to develop

and update the Bosch-Diesel Systems India Long Term Original
Equipment (OE) Sales Plan(Products, Volumes and Prices).

- Liaison with Manufacturing Plants and KAM teams to develop short

term sales forecasts

- Regular tracking of Sales Area KPI's and reporting of KPR's.

Desired Profile Essential:

- Graduate with IGTC qualification / ICWA (At least Inter completed) OR

Graduate (preferred BE) with MBA Finance

- Good working knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Powerpoint

- Strong Mathematical Aptitude and numbers orientation

- 1-2 years of experience in a planning/controlling/reporting function

- Strong Inter-personal skills , fluent English communication and

Job description: The role is positioned in a growing and challenging area of finance
providing an important link across the business. He will be responsible for delivering the
Medium Term Plans, from six months to five years, actual v forecasts and business support.
The successful candidate must have analysis, planning and forecasting experience from the
banking arena.

Desired Profile: Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate must hold an
accountancy qualification and ideally be familiar with Basel II regulations. Knowledge of
investment products would be advantageous.He should have leadership qualities and are
utilized for training responsibilities as well as other special projects.Good comm..skills.

Experience: 3-4 Years

Education:He should be MBA in Finance or in Marketing.

1. As he is the Sr. Officer he has to do researches and identifies target client sectors for
financial product services. Develops and implements a sales process to include initial contact,
follow up, presentation and closing procedures. Maintains records of contacts and sales status
including contact reports, sales projections and quota ratios.
