*Flow chart for when to refer a child to be explained to the staff. *Leadership Team refers back to the flowchart when helping a teacher with a child. *Leadership team, teacher and parents, will all work as a team to find the best solution for helping the child with the behavior. *On-going training and attend community monthly training *Include Social/Emotional skills on the lesson plans. *Include the pyramid in our team meetings, so the staff is familiar to the pyramid. *Coached by USF-PWPBS *Observed by USF-PWPBS
