WASHINGTON, D.C. – Citizens United has filed a new Freedom of Information

Act (FOIA) request with the Department of Homeland Security. A summary of the
request can be found below:

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the

following information: All emails and attached documents, memoranda, or
policy analyses or recommendations to or from Secretary Alejandro
Mayorkas, Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Deputy Secretary
David Pekoske, Chief of Staff Karen Olick, Executive Secretary Clarissa
Kornell, Acting Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Tracy Renaud, Acting Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border
Protection Troy Miller, Deputy Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border
Protection Robert E. Perez, Acting Director of U.S. Immigration and
Customs Enforcement Tae Johnson, Acting Assistant Secretary of the Office
of Partnership and Engagement Karinda L. Washington, or Acting Deputy
Assistant Secretary of Intergovernmental Affairs Brian Hyer including the
following terms: vaccine, vaccination, vaccinate, immigrant, migrant, test,
border, facility, or undocumented.

The time period of the request is from 1/20/21 to 3/5/21.

This FOIA request has been received by the Department of Homeland Security and
has been assigned the number 2021-HQFO-00630.
