WASHINGTON, D.C. – Citizens United has filed a new Freedom of Information

Act (FOIA) request with the Department of Health and Human Services. A
summary of the request can be found below:

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the

following information: All emails and attached documents, memoranda, or
policy analyses or recommendations to or from Chief of Staff Sean
McCluskie, Deputy Chief of Staff Anne Reid, Senior Counselor (COVID
Response) Dawn O’Connell, Counselor for Public Health and Science Sarah
Despres, White House Liaison Kristin Avery, Deputy Chief of Staff
(COVID Response) Kathryn Alvarez, Senior Advisor to the Chief of Staff
Perrie Briskin, Chief Science Officer (COVID Response) David Kessler,
Deputy White House Liaison Shannon Myricks, Chief of Staff (COVID
Response) AJ Pearlman, Senior Advisor to the Chief of Staff Clare Pierce-
Wrobel, Director of the Office of Intergovernmental and External Affairs
Marvin Figueroa, or Principal Deputy Director of the Office of
Intergovernmental and External Affairs Yvanna Cancela including the
following terms: vaccine, vaccination, vaccinate, immigrant, migrant, test,
border, facility, or undocumented.

The time period of the request is from 1/20/21 to 3/5/21.

This FOIA request has been received by the Department of Health and Human
Services and has been assigned the number 2021-00745-FOIA-OS.
