Problem #1
Ronald owns 2 warehouses of television sets located in Pasay and Makati City, His warehouse in
Pasay has 10 units, Makati has 9 units. There are three orders to fill: Cavity City orders 6 units,
Caloocan orders 8 units and Quezon City orders 5 units. Transportation cost per unit from Pasay to
Cavite, Caloocan and Quezon are Php 15, PHP 18 and PHP8 respectively; from Makati are PHP 16,
PHP20 and PHP 10.

CONLCUSION:
Pasay warehouse should deliver 5 units each in Caloocan and Quezon City
Makati Warehouse should deliver 3 units to Caloocan City and 6 units to Cavite City
The total minimized cost is PHP 286
